Good news that the club are exploring investment opportunities to take us to the next level , it’ll be interesting to see who the partner is and how much the extra investment amounts to.

So now it's after 12pm is this true or was it a April fools joke

Perhaps when the owners actually take some real action or create a plan or even tell us their plans for the next 3 years then I can stop having digs

The replies in the recent polls show that even KT biggest supporters on here say that it is essential we increase the stadium to a min of 10k, with many saying 12 - 15k. Yet our owners CLAIM they are finishing the East stand at a cost of Ł5.8m (as they submitted to the court during the JR) and adding THREE HUNDRED SEATS.

There is zero talk from the owners about increasing capacity or improving facilities outside of the East stand - ZERO, The Trust even had to pay for the DJ outside Carr's bar to get a gazebo to protect his equipment after the club refused his Ł100 request.

On a previous poll regarding the club, the owners generally got the lowest rating compared to the other areas of the club, even from Peter Frost. Why?

Even with this the opinion the people seem to have of the Trust is through the floor. Does this not make you think and reflect on the conduct of the board over the resent few years up to today?

One thing is for sure (on here anyway) that the noise around the Trust, the JR, the advisory group etc...have presented the owners with a very easy ride regarding the redevelopment.

Wondering how long it can be strung out before any serious questions are asked regarding the completion of the stand. It all seems a bit Columbo "just one more thing".
Can't wait to close my membership to the 'I'll believe it when I see it' club. It'd be a shame not to be cracking on with the close season rapidly approaching.

You might want to give Homes England a nudge perhaps?

The news article that came out in January stated that Thomas "hoped that February would be a good month" with regards to the signing of the contracts.

Most people took that as a statement that everything would be competed by the end of February.

Then in March Thomas said that the deal between Club and Council had indeed been done......but there were other parties to be considered and that is what we are waiting for now, one of whom is indeed Homes England.

In hindsight the January statement/report should have had more detail and then people would not have jumped on that end of February date and now be holding the Chairman accountable for what they see as a further delay.

End of the day you can't make anyone not associated with the club ie Homes England sign something quickly just because you want them to

Am I the only person who doesn’t understand what any of this has to do with Homes England - my understanding is their mandate is concerned with the regeneration of brown fields land for affordable housing - not stadium and warehouse developments

I'm not 100% sure but I believe they have a stake in the ownership of the land from a previous scheme and it means they stand to get a share of any overage in the redevelopment. I don't know the specifics but maybe they have to agree on what the percentages are?
