In a twisted way Cardoza always wanted the best for the club, he was a useful idiot for the Bushey boys, basically the whole saga has destroyed him and the captain.
KT clearly doesn’t have the club at heart, it’s just an enabler for him and Bower, also he comes across as very supercilious and at times condescending, I guess that’s why he gets some grief, but as a football chairman it comes with the territory.
It almost reads as though you are suggesting that DC was a 'better' man for the club than KT! Now that would be the ultimate example of wearing claret tinted specs! The guy who made £10m disappear, has had houses repossessed (and sold to pay some back) and might one day face criminal charges. I don't buy for one second that he was ever 'stitched up', he was complicit and more like caught out when he got in too deep. The minute he used any of that money for himself he was as guilty as anyone else. It's a bit like saying a Tory MP betting a tenner on the date of the election is less guilty that one who bet £200. In terms of character there is no competition IMO...Cardoza was always an awkward, arrogant, slimey character in my experience, in comparison KT is a breath of fresh air and will always directly engage. |

When Cardoza towers was being rebuilt, a season ticket holding mate of mine went round to give him a quote for some work, and decided after five minutes that he would have nothing to do with the man. Pretty much for the reasons that you have mentioned above. |

😂😂 I don't know if you know. There are some that stated that no work was going on with the East stand. When there clearly was. They are the ones that bleated (quite rightly) on about it not getting done for many years now. Now that ship has started to sail, they have decided that the next items for their trolling should be, the size of the ground. And in particular what the owners are doing with the land that belongs to THEM. It's almost as if they have a personal vendetta. Or that they are devasted that they never got their grubby little hands on it... |

I/we had quite a bit to do with DC regarding this forum. And in fact, I spent some time with his father and Peter Miller. Had Manny had a similar experience he would put KT up for a Knighthood.. I could tell you some stories that would make your toes curl. We also had a few dealings with the Bushy boys. |

😂😂 I don't know if you know. There are some that stated that no work was going on with the East stand. When there clearly was. They are the ones that bleated (quite rightly) on about it not getting done for many years now. Now that ship has started to sail, they have decided that the next items for their trolling should be, the size of the ground. And in particular what the owners are doing with the land that belongs to THEM. It's almost as if they have a personal vendetta. Or that they are devasted that they never got their grubby little hands on it...
I find it difficult to believe that such erudite and learned individuals would waste their valuable time on such activities 😉 |

It’s good to hear that Tom cliffe’s input is essential to the decision making process
It’s good to finally have a conduit between the fans and the owners.
It’s good that the fans can now have a direct input into the club via Tom which hasn’t been the case in the past few months.
That’s one thing that is a positive.
There’s no excuse for anyone not to be heard from now on ,all anyone has to do is message Tom and he can raise the points with KT
Couldn’t be easier for the fans opinions to be heard.
Good that the fans can once again engage with the board through official channels.
That’s got to be a good thing.
