Of course it would, if you let 2100 B’ham fans in or 1400 which would generate more revenue, I think your getting mixed up with return on investment.
And we’ve reached the post which allows us to demonstrate to Beds why most disagree. 700 extra fans…. Maybe 2 or 3 times a season at £20 a head taking a little off for staff costs…. £42k a season… that’s a long long long time to get an ROI right?

Don’t get me wrong there is a village somewhere looking for Beds…. To answer your question I say the ROI would be in the region of 10 to 15 years depending on how successful we are, if we got th the championship we would sell it out every week, so the ROI would be much shorter, also not sure what grants would be available now Sixfields is over 25 years old.

Don’t want to start nit picking but until the ROI is achieved nothing generates revenue, it loses it. FACT.

Let me make one thing absolutely clear, the Trust “advisor” is not god. Are you going to tell him or shall I?

I do like a bottle of sherry now and again, mainly after I’ve drank all the Buckie.😉

Given that the club loses considerably more than that every season, on that basis I would argue that the ROI is never. Unless of course people want to look at the stands additional revenue stream in isolation, but what’s the point of that? So, unless anyone is able to fund the project personally, I would suggest that fact would present a challenge when trying to fund the project through external institutions or investors. Look at the average loses in the Championship and/or L1 per season and assume that any project has to contribute towards creating revenue streams over and above that before you even think about ROIs. And until you achieve that any owner would have generated fúck all in terms of revenue, FACT. Cue Beds.

Because it would generate more revenue.
So you are saying that Beds is only interested in away fans and making as much money as possible? We dont need need these out of town speculators only interested in making a quick £

When I go tomorrow there better be a noticeable difference from Saturday or there’ll be hell to pay.

I expect it to be finished. Any less than that and I'll be writing a very stem letter to the council.

If we put Clarence on Universal Credit because he only works weekends, we could get free loft insulation and get the cracked windows replaced

Your main agenda is to increase the number of seats for AWAY fans. How is that the best for NTFC? If you banged on about the North stand I might be able to believe you.
Correction, I'm advocating a more professional looking stadium to attract more spectators, I'm also aware of where the biggest loss of earnings are to the club and it's abilities to trade to it's maximum potential and yes that is increasing the North stand capacity by 3000. Being so central, NTFC is one of the easiest to get to, so by allowing upto 3000 visitors also gives more home capacity in the East stand...So win win.. Ideally 3000 safe standing terracing up behind the seats would prove to be very popular. It could even be a shared stand should it benefit NTFC. Increased revenues keep the club vibrant. A £5.8m 100 seat, 10 boxes in a tiny seriously over priced non league stand fit out isnt going to help that much.. Our raison d'etre is to sell as many match day tickets to all that want them.. We at NTFC have been failed by these owners and their failure / ignorance/ unwillingness...delete as applicable..To address this serious issue with the vast amount of money and land being spoke of.. Which is wholly unacceptable.
