Are there any stands with a terrace above seating?

I think someone should just take this city of Peterborough and just... just flush it down the f***in' toilet

And we’ve reached the post which allows us to demonstrate to Beds why most disagree. 700 extra fans…. Maybe 2 or 3 times a season at £20 a head taking a little off for staff costs…. £42k a season… that’s a long long long time to get an ROI right?
Every away seat sold over 1400 is cash being generated, NTFC still retain the revenues if they only sell 1 or 200 more several times a season. Having a more professional looking stadium generally attract more supporters so that can be thrown into the pot aswell. We have the same amount of stewards patrolling 900 seats as most others with 2 to 3000 capacity ..So increasing capacity/revenue would be beneficial. As for ROI .. we are a 130 year club that will be around for 130 more. As the very last club in the football league not bothering to increase and improve our infrastructure, do we do something now to help the club today or do as Thomas wants and wait till we're all dead?

How about a new concept, NTFC being trend setters? Other than having the smallest stadium in the whole of Europe, the most expensive fit out of a tiny stand.. Most years spent in the basement division ...etc..

We're not even the lowest capacity in L1 so it seems unlikely.

Ideally 3000 safe standing terracing up behind the seats would prove to be very popular. It could even be a shared stand should it benefit NTFC.
The baffling thing is just how tin pot, non league this would make the stadium look from a guy who whines about the stadium being non league. Do you have any crayon drawings you can share to demonstrate your vision?

Correction, I'm advocating a more professional looking stadium to attract more spectators, I'm also aware of where the biggest loss of earnings are to the club and it's abilities to trade to it's maximum potential and yes that is increasing the North stand capacity by 3000. Being so central, NTFC is one of the easiest to get to, so by allowing upto 3000 visitors also gives more home capacity in the East stand...So win win.. Ideally 3000 safe standing terracing up behind the seats would prove to be very popular. It could even be a shared stand should it benefit NTFC. Increased revenues keep the club vibrant. A £5.8m 100 seat, 10 boxes in a tiny seriously over priced non league stand fit out isnt going to help that much.. Our raison d'etre is to sell as many match day tickets to all that want them.. We at NTFC have been failed by these owners and their failure / ignorance/ unwillingness...delete as applicable..To address this serious issue with the vast amount of money and land being spoke of.. Which is wholly unacceptable.
The new stand is truly magnificent. Our glorious owners have done us all proud creating a superb amphitheatre that generates a wall of sound. #givethemmoreland

Agreed on all of this, but the same question remains... Who is paying for the new stand?
