Apparently it’s fairly common practice to move food distances around stadia and there is a lot of technology designed to achieve just that. So perhaps not completely without merit as an option?

Anyone notice that there are different windows at each end of the stand?
Looks really odd.

Those boxes are reserved for glamourous Ladies! Fact! They can see out but nobody can see in, Fact!

Whilst I am breaking my rule, was the summary report ratified at the August board meeting and if so can you confirm when it will be shared (apologies if I have missed it, but couldnt see it on the website).
FAO Duston, Carton, etc.
Do you have a date (or a link) for when the summary report will be published. Interested to see the responses and outcomes.
Thanks

I have questions about the East stand.

Presumably the kiosks etc can only be used by those in the stand ? - a quarter of which are away supporters (approx).  So are they (the away fans) excluded from the facilities?

If the away supporters do fill their allocation - segregation schemes come into place which reduces (maybe by just a little) the home supporters further.  I can't see many in the executive boxes using the kiosks etc - So will there be sufficient numbers?  Does anyone know who the internal stand will be open to?

Looking at the plans and drawings/pictures they seem to suggest one central kiosk underneath the East Stand, page 18 and 19 in the link. Difficult to segregate underneath and no seperate kiosk shown at the South end of the East so i'm just guessing here but away fans would not be able to access the kiosk so would presumably have to use the offerings in the South-East corner as now.

I’ve had a beer or two but why would we care if an away fan can get a bovril and lukewarm/nuclear hot pie?

One or two fans of NTFC feel we are missing a financial bonanza(3 Beer Barrels as opposed to two) by not accomodating away fans more! For me they can do one As if they care about us!

I love the idea that the owners have put in this amount of effort and somehow not thought it through? There would have been a thorough evaluation process and a balanced decision arrived at as a result. People may not agree with those decisions, indeed I would imagine there was in all probability some heated debate internally during the decision making process. What we are now seeing is the net result of that process. There will invariably be some compromise, and a number of concessions that go beyond the original specifications. What there probably won’t be are cry’s of “we didn’t think of that”.

Compromise and then concession I would imagine. Either way, they weren’t an oversight.

I know mate, but I’ll guarantee there were a few out there that were roasting that old chestnut in about 10 seconds flat. Probably not in the new kitchen though.

Or “people” for not proposing minimum design standards in the 8 years they had to make their minds up. Did anyone actually state things like, maximum capacity should be increased to x, or the other countless options that were available? I don’t think this saying fúck all and then doing nothing but “saying” at the end result has gone as well as some would have hoped.
