I'm not going to claim certainty in that regard but I don't believe sub judice to be restricted to those conditions.  Alas, the legal counsel of the club has certainly pointed them in that direction which is all that really matters.

I would suggest the club should have said '...prefer to do so currently' rather than 'unable'. I very much doubt 'legal matters pending' would make it subject to any restrictions other than not embarrassing yourself.

The old 'Redevelopment closer than ever' has fully run it's course and now should be replaced with 'Our redevelopment has gone down the 5hitter, What can we do now?'

What has happened is non Northampton people have taken over the golden opportunity to give our football club the chance to compete and gain a respectable standing in the football league, something due to poor infrastructure, we've never had, but sadly those entrusted to deliver have become judge jury and our executioners and stealthily decided we're unlike the towns of Peterborough, Watford, Rotherham, Doncaster etc, etc, Northampton just ain't worthy of it.
And proceeded to build a worthless pathetic useless little stand with no extra capacity or even the promised supporters areas and bars.

The outcome of any court case matters not one jot, Northampton Town fc its supporters and the whole of the town have been treated with utter contempt.

The first question should be how hard would it be to remove the roof in order to build the stand as it was proposed, also stopping the houses stealing 10 metres of land set aside for our original development plans.

To proceed and finish  that bag of Shlte that faces us tomorrow will condemn us to another lifetime of lower league 2 football.

This was shown a few weeks ago when Team Cardoza stopped replying and the Antis shut up. Then Team Cardoza started baiting again and it started up all over. As none of this happens I can only presume you all secretly enjoy it and any protestations that one side is getting tired/bored/annoyed etc are just untrue.

The thread is on here to be read. Some of it can be quite enjoyable especially some of the one liners from Cricket and occasionally a few of yours.
I think the main reason that for example Cricket keeps posting is that there appears to be the same repetitive doomsday posts from Jolly Cobbler, AMD, SouthBeds etc . More often than not it descends into a grudge match against DC or in some cases even CW. Not many on here disagree with the central points they make but they constantly over do it and then chuck in some extra's for special effects. Both Marvo and Cricket happen to disagree with their continuous diatribe - its not a crime. The Moderators have left this thread open because it is still interesting and also gets the punters (NP)in. I agree it should left open to ensure it does not mushroom(excuse the pun ) elsewhere on the board.
