There isn't enough decent posters left to keep this one from dying on its feet, why on earth would I want to start another one?
As for someone finding you funny, I suppose it takes all sorts. Dumb and dumber.
Because you said this one was "This forum is going down the s***ter". Don't just sit there and shout it, do something about it! You could always put up with us and stay on here. It's up to you. When ever I read your posts I get this kind of image in my head... I think this forum needs you.. please don't go Stay here with me and all of the other idiots O kingmaker.

It was only a matter of time before Vince Savage turned up
At least he has now found a sense of humor .

Never heard of him before I Googled the name - in Grange Park ? You must have been very young to watch that show in 1985.

Well it's Grange Hill and he was more of a sniveling, downtrodden sidekick to Trevor Cleaver.

To be fair though Vince Savage was in it until 1989 and also they repeated the whole series from the start on Sunday morning BBC2 in the 90s. A lot of early episodes are on youtube. Series 5 is a good one, a few cameo appearances from Tucker and his crew, Pogo Patterson in his prime and future legends Zammo and Roly making their debuts as first years.

The thread is on here to be read. Some of it can be quite enjoyable especially some of the one liners from Cricket and occasionally a few of yours. I think the main reason that for example Cricket keeps posting is that there appears to be the same repetitive doomsday posts from Jolly Cobbler, AMD, SouthBeds etc . More often than not it descends into a grudge match against DC or in some cases even CW. Not many on here disagree with the central points they make but they constantly over do it and then chuck in some extra's for special effects. Both Marvo and Cricket happen to disagree with their continuous diatribe - its not a crime. The Moderators have left this thread open because it is still interesting and also gets the punters (NP)in. I agree it should left open to ensure it does not mushroom(excuse the pun ) elsewhere on the board. If you look back you'll find I've often gone weeks without posting on this thread. And what I've posted hardly qualifies as doomsday, does it, really? Yes stuff gets repeated but, if you can actually be bothered to notice, everytime this thread slips down the board, it is those looking for a bite who tend to set the ball rolling again. Still, Vince, I'm glad that you agree it should be left open

They did stop for a while, remember? You should do because you were one of the ones baiting them until they started up again. DOPEY.
How can I, or anyone else, make them start up again? Which post of mine forced them to take up the pen again?

What has happened is non Northampton people have taken over the golden opportunity to give our football club the chance to compete and gain a respectable standing in the football league...
All these Northampton people with the golden opportunity in their hands... Hang on - which Northampton people? The ones rushing to help out Barry Stonhill back in the last bucket time?
You just repeat your posts, with the odd new bit of total nonsense thrown in. But, of course, I make you do it

I have a cunning plan. You get a large sheet and paint on it a picture of the county ground, you then drape it over the east stand. You then nip down to jewsons and make a load of duck boards. which you place, on the floor in front of the east stand , put a sign up saying Welcome to the Cricket side This will have the following affects. you will make people smile and anyone over 40 will then start to talk about the good old days ....?

Had Barry Stonhill been given 15 million, we would now have a proper stadium, one fit for purpose. Not the half arsed, half built disgrace that has been sprung on us.

If you'd been given £15,000,000 you'd have built a 15,000 capacity stadium and relied on out parachute payments from the Premier League to pay it all off.
Stupid statements are your forte, it seems.

It's so nice of DC to pay off the loan out of his arse pocket as well ah Cricket I think he hopes to pay it off by building a smaller stadium and building assets that will be used to pay off the loan. Had you missed all that?

Should pay it off back sooner than expected then. He's already managed to get us a smaller stadium!
