He clearly doesn't know what it's going to be either, that was extremely evident from his interviews.

Still...in 6 days time Stubbs and his team are due to pick up the pieces. "Is this a supporting wall Mr Cardoza?"

Don't worry about it ....... just wait 3 / 4 / 5 months and see what happens,  stop trying to 2nd guess everything and i'm sure your life will be better for it.

Cardoza will tell you what he wants you to know,  not what he actually knows

You're right, I'll stop.

Do you think they will?

I doubt it very much.... But then.. They've never said they couldn't care less about the development as much as you have.

It is just words at the mo, but I am going to trust him and his words.  I might look a fool in a years time, but I genuinely believe he will deliver and off the pitch we will be in the best position we ever have been.  On the pitch.... well who knows where the hell we will be.....

Per yesterdays programme "The East Stand is going to take around 12 weeks to finish. We want to get the corporate boxes all the way along and there won't be any restricted view seats".

We shall have to wait and see what entails, but interesting use of "want to" rather than "will"

Looking at the existing structure that must mean we will lose the few extra rows of seats they have already put in at either end.

They surely can stay.  Although I cannot see how the boxes can go all the way along when the revised plans do not show this and note that part of the top floor is needed for a food area and toilets.  Of course they could amend this and maybe have these areas in far corners allowing the stated 16 or so boxes?

Basically they want the boxes to occupy 2 more bays either side of the existing structure so it will take it to 9 bays rather than 5. This will look much better. Only practical problem I see is extending the balcony on either side, and moving the stairways they have already put in.

Will be interesting to see what they do with the 1st floor either side of the lounges

They did turn up to start building but when they asked DC how many seats and how many boxes he wanted, they said that it may be best to wait until thats been decided.

Jolly Cobbler I believe you have got your dates mixed up.Saints are starting knocking down the old stand immediately after there last game of the season and will be in operation for the first game of next season with all the internal fittings finished in December.Buckingham are the builders. How embarrasing for us if they are finished before us but would not be surprised.

Does the Saints stand hold as many people, has boxes and concourses as the East Stand but is fitted into a smaller area but costing less.
