If you listen again Grange he says "It's pretty much settled"and "One or two loose ends to tie up" doesn't sound done and dusted to me?? But the best bit is " I didn't have a lot to do with it"........ Absolutely priceless Of course he didn't....

Lucky what's left won't take 22 weeks I suppose.
Well our leader did say "once it restarted it would take 12 weeks".....so 10 weeks to get thingd moving then! I see the Saints are using a three week break from Rugby at the Gardens to get their work underway.....I wonder which project manager they used....seems to be on the ball!

I hope you are not a project manager by trade because if the Marquis is right(starting Monday) then you will be persona non grata.

Any word yet? Meanwhile, just down the road: With the additional seating in the north-west corner, and the new stand having around 1,900 seats, which will be wider than those elsewhere in the stadium, the Barwell Stand will also include a larger hospitality suite seating up to 270 people, 12 executive boxes and a ground floor members’ bar approximately 50 percent bigger than currently: The 6 million project should be finished by November, and will have a final capacity of 2,673. Hang on a minute, did they say 12 exec boxes and 2,673 seats for six million quid? And that includes demolishing the existing structure? All for six million? And this from the same company who quoted us 11 million for...
