The reality is though however the loan came about, by whatever means and however badly managed by council officials, Cardoza lost it, spent it, gave it away. It was ALL in his thieving, conniving hands at one point. Last point, anyone who pays tax can't be that smart, get yourself an accontant.  |

The police have access to all the files I have been given. What they choose to do with them is up to them, not me. Our council is using the media to protect their jobs and their pensions, you think it is so wrong of me to point out some facts that prove they are liars and covering up their part of this.

We nearly saw our football club disappear due to the acts of those culpable. If responsibility extends to Councillors and NBC employees then I will not be sorry if they are also held to account in some way for whatever they may have done but primary responsibility must rest with those who embezzled the funds and I can only hope the legal process results in criminal proceedings being brought some time soon.

I think we must assume that the embezzlers have made every effort to hide their tracks and that the forensic accountants are having to sift through a mountain of paperwork to assemble a case that will hold water. The only part of this that has been in the public domain was when a contractor was allegedly told to invoice NTFC for work on DC's house.

It is taking a long time but the Police/SFO do not provide progress reports so for those supporters who remain interested in seeing justice done we can only wait for developments. Talking of which it remains very quiet (too quiet?) on the East Stand situation.

True - and whilst I was slow to admit/acknowledge the truth here, it is very clear the strategy of those culpable is to create a tangled trail of different companies (active dissolved and all sorts of other permutations), loans, consultancy fees, expenses and of course unpaid bills. From an integrity & moral stand point these people beyond contempt but unfortunately all too often they are frequently also beyond the law. I think, as well as the completely innocent, they also steal from each other and their day of Karma is more likely to come from outside rather than inside the law. |
