You know I agree with you on most things mate. But there's a lot of damaging stuff dressed up as "fun" when once it's found to have no substance.
Damaging stuff Huh?? All I am asking for is a bit of transparency, after all that's happened I think it's healthy for the supporters to ask.
No one has compared KT to Cardoza, all he has to do is make a statement.

I would imagine if KT ever did read this stuff it would only be for a bit of fun.

For the impatient ones KT said this morning on Radio Northampton that progress is being made with the legal issues, especially in the last 2 or 3 weeks, with Buckinghams and the Council, plus he COULD be in a position to outline his plans in two months time.
Statement update made now sit on hands time.

Wow it was like getting blood out of a stone.
Just listened to the interview in which to be fair to Stuart Linnell he pushed hard to get an answer on what's going on with the east stand, 60 days till we get an overview of the plans then  Lips Sealed

How was it like getting blood out of a stone? Nobody has asked him the question before! That other plank was relying on the wind blowing Thomas's way while he whispered "what's happening?" quietly

I thought I'd start selectively answering questions like you do. Have you ever thought that when you are arguing the same point as beds and shoemaker then maybe you're on the wrong side?

After another game affected by the wind...

The two empty tiers of the east stand could be filled with as much corporate hospitality/media as possible, as and when funds are available, some of this could be realised through sponsorship packages, stage payments, naming rights and so on. Remodelling it for seats is completely unnecessary, costly and impratical with so much more space available.

For the sake of the enjoyment of paying customers and the team, you cant produce quality football with such strong winds. I hope any future seating capacity increases take place at the ends. Second tier the north/south, fill in the corners and join the stands wherever possible. Do it in stages fine, it can be done this way, (1000 seats will cost just over £1m and if you don't believe me do your own fucking research!) little by little, however possible, sell to whoever (The Carlsberg/Barclaycard/Everbrite/Anusol Stand) don't care just do it.

The south/north are basically the lower tier of the west, so if the west (eventually) wrapped all the way around it would make a perfect 15-17k stadium. Enough, ready for the inevitable Championship and with no wind!!! Hurrah.

Aspire to higher.

If the plan to add more seats to our seldom-filled stadium made any long-term financial sense whatsoever we'd presumably be able to finance it through the same means as every other expanding business in the country.

If the club was formed 2 weeks ago it would be a stadium filled 50% of the time. What's your point other than historically a badly run club has underacheived? Other than just a few of the Premiership elite, no stadia, in any sport in this country is filled to capacity week in week out. Are those clubs badly run? Did somebody over-estimate? Do you see any clubs with large stadiums that are rarely full pull out seats because they do not make financial sense? The challange with any business is to grow, understand your market for tomorrow and cater for it

The last person to say seats do not make commercial sense was David Cardoza (businessman of the year 2015) Oh and a few of his parrot reciting lovers on here, not realising this to be a pathetic veil to try cover the fact he'd spunked the money. The Emporers clothes.

You want new players signing in January to hopefully do what, lose games? Would you honestly prefer relegation to a promotion challange to prove your point?

So you get your new players and the progress improves, then you may as well say fuck off to new supporters, old supporters who have moved away and cant get to games regularly etc. I'm alright Jack. There's currently an overspill of about 1000 seats for floating, new, old supporters alike. How long do you envisage that to be sufficient if this progression continues?

As far as I was aware KT is looking into all aspects of the stadium including the most cost effective way of increasing capacity.

Tell him it's a mistake.
