More likely to get a response by calling / emailing outside of a match day. Much more likely to have some "free" time to respond properly that way.

Exactly, he might have other things on his mind on match day. I'm lead to believe he keeps an eye on here and it would be stupid for him not to. At least he gets an idea how us great unwashed are thinking.

He's said that he doesn't read forums but I can't believe that. I wouldn't be able to help myself reading some of the rumours and drivel on here and keeping myself entertained on those long flights to and from America.

Anybody in the know understand what they relate to ?

They are directly linked to the charges by nbc(guarantees/mortgage) against the club as collateral for loans agreed. (Old territory in how stupid to secure a debt against something you ultimately own anyway but hey ho).

These three documents share the same reference to them and are further down the page of filed documents on companies house. I would see this as progress of sorts at untangling the mess left behind.

Clearly I'm no expert but that's my take and happy to hear greater clarity from others

Zen is right. The 3 charges registered against NTFC by NBC have been discharged. If you go to the Charges section of the NTFC file at Companies House you will see the title numbers of the land NBC had security over.  According to Companies House the only registered security holder now is Barclays Bank.  It looks to me like progress but nothing to get excited about until the club makes an announcement about re-starting the redevelopment works and then finally we may have some detailed drawings etc..  It is all painfully slow, like the police investigation.

What's the latest on the redevelopment then? I haven't got CobblersPlayer. I'm guessing there's no significantly definitive news otherwise we'd have heard more. Yeah, no ?

This is all starting to sound a bit like the former chairman; its almost as if we've gone back 5 years.

Im fully expecting the announcement of a 12 million pound loan which will be paid in 5 instalments over the period of 1 week.

I would like to think I keep in touch with what's going on at Sixfields but I have absolutely no idea with where we are currently in relation to the East Stand .
Am I alone in this ?
What exactly is still with the council , to which KT refers ?
Where do the complications lie in order for it to progress ?
Is it all just bluff because we simply haven't got the money to continue with it ?
Does anyone know exactly what is going on ?

The recent changes to 3 outstanding charges being settled relate to the security of debt against the original loan from NBC to NTFC. As the land boundaries were altered to try and squeeze more houses on
. This encroached on the originally club controlled land boundaries to the edge of the athletics track. This I believe needs sorting as well as any outstanding agreements to restart work where debt may be owed to Buckinghams.

If it took NBC that long to do the paperwork freeing the debt from the club as part of the restructuring of monies owed to the parcel of land maybe the club isn't dragging its heals.
Also noticed the remaining two outstanding charges to the club by Barclays have also been settled. This I understand that no external party has claims/security formally lodged against NTFC.

This must be positive?
