...Or should that land be reserved for a stadium that will truly take us to the 'next level'?
Food for thought.
A stadium will not take us to the next level! Good football and management are required. How much good has a good stadium and cash done MK Dongs?

Are you advocating we just move to pitch 16 on the racecourse then? Or are you the last of the cardozaites/thomasites who keep barking up the wrong tree and being made to face up to being proved consistently wrong..very wrong.

d I just quoted you MK Dongs. So they are a successful football club with a better ground than we could hope for...and they’re doing really well, are they? Up to the Championship, then down to L1 and probably L2 this season. Hopefully we won’t go with them! Football is a game, with clubs that have become busineesses with ideals beyond their means. Would I rather watch a football match at Sixfields with a 75% full ground or at MK with 66% empty ground. I prefer a sustainable Sixfields model, thank you! 🤔😊

I don't really care anymore. Pretty obvious KT is in it for the property elements. Everything has bored me as this season has gone on.

I don't agree with some of what you say Beds and I don't agree with how you put your points across, that said, elements of it are definitely true and it probably is time to wake up a bit.

Perhaps you two could help us all out by pointing KT in the direction of all these big time investors you believe are queuing up to buy the club, irrespective of the land

Incredible. I stood inside The Royal Courts of Justice just a few years ago witnessing a potential winding up order against the club, if you think NTFC or Sixfields is some shining light of sustainability then you are clearly wrong and a little deluded. You can only give a couple of examples of clubs with larger stadiums below us in the league pyramid, I will give you 64 examples of clubs above us with larger or better equipped grounds that have not visited the RCJ recently. Please give us the answer why, luck?

Perhaps you two could help us all out by pointing KT in the direction of all these big time investors you believe are queuing up to buy the club, irrespective of the land By putting the club up for sale would be a very good starting point. Its obvious that he isn't interested in or has the vision for what our club needs so selling up to another who have some plans and ideas will breath some life into our club. They dont have to Russian oligarchs or Arab oil sheikhs but happy to keep the club in the black while overseeing and working with the clubs supporters, local population and its businesses raising funds by whatever means to build up the 3 areas of ground redevelopment we need desperately. These could be built in stages and take 5 years plus to complete to making sure the first phase helps fund the 2nd etc allowing it to be sustainable and most importantly involve the public at every stage to feel part of their local club. Yes if by putting us up forsale we hook some big investors who are ready to build the club up, great even better but we can not allow ourselves to remain stuck for another 5 years in little Sixfields with its ridiculous half built leaking roof stand and two bus shelter sized stands behind the goals. Its makes it very difficult for our club to sell its product to new customers.

The club had a winding up order because it was being run by and was involved with a bunch of ‘undesirable’ businessmen. You develope any business by responding to demand and adapting to circumstances. Yes, you can increase demand by providing a better offer, but moving into a shiny new building won’t make you a better business unless you have a sustainable business plan going forward. That is a recipe for failure.
Of course I want to see the East stand completed and then the grounds capacity increased - but only in line with development on the playing side!

Club doesn't necessarily need big time investors. Sky money will keep it ticking over. Even Cardoza had us breaking even on minimal investment.

Surely the whole Chinese saga means that the club IS up for sale ?

So going on your business ethos.. you identify a marketing opportunity but dont have the capacity in your factory, what do you do? Wait until your substandard factory magically becomes big enough to produce the goods? With football its the very same thing, if you opperate out of sub standard non to lower league ground, that is where you'll ply your trade.
