I know you are a hero going all the way to Bury and full credit for that but just answer the question and stop ducking & diving. Leave that to KT.

He can't answer the question. Even the wording of it was beyond him, and I think you know that!

Surely vc by now you know neverbright is a knobhead and loves kt even though he'll sell the club down the river just to make a few quid. The shameful thing is he's not along

Don't particularly like KT. In fact I prefer to wait until end of season before commenting. As an aside I have irrefutable information that you are a closet remainer.

Thanks for the update Fez, Announcing being upset at the NBC failing to meet agreed deadlines isnt good but what what exactly were we expecting them to do? Our supporters trust do not even have a democraticly elected member on the board? How can the Borough council even take us serious? #notonebladeofgrass until we have, may help the situation.?

The Trust represent a group of members similar to groups of people involved in Councils.....its called democracy and means one persons opinion means no more than one others persons, even if they repeat it 1649 times Beds!!!

Interesting to see that conflicting info is coming from the football club and council.
My understanding is that the action on normalising the lease is with NBC, and the final paperwork has been with them since December. It would be fascinating to see what is incorrect about that?
The other thing is that the trust had a seat on the board for years and the club still found itself at the centre of a scandal with £10m of public money going walkers, and essentially going bankrupt. Not to mention documents being signed without proper legal advice.
I'd be interested to know what the trust believes it would gain from a seat on the board.

Interesting statement particularly the line
"This was compounded by growing unease at the late submission of the NTVL Confirmation Statement, which indicated that the company had not in fact been sold to 5USport"
Agree that it is imperative the Trust regains its seat on the board.

This is where you and me absolutely concur. The first thing the Trust should do before doing anything for KT is ballot its membership on what action they intend to take about not having a seat on the board. For the Trust to be considered as anything other than a total paper tiger it needs that huge issue resolving first. In addition to this. If the Trust has been told what the discrepancy is between what NTFC and the council are saying, and are not revealing this to its membership, then I'm afraid their place as an advocate of the supporters is lost. Whilst I believe a degree of discretion is wise. This should not extend any further than it already has. I would suggest that it is high time the Trust divulge what they know, and let those they advocate for be the judges of whether or not they are happy with either the club or the council.

Thanks for the feedback Nigel. I shall pass it on. All I can say is that we're trying to establish as much information as we can, hence we're calling for this meeting. Once we all have that, then I'm sure we'll be all ears.

A feature of a Capitalist Society is that the people with the money do what they want. The people with nothing will remain with nothing, however many sweets are thrown from the balconies of the Palaces. The folks of the Trust are doing a Sterling job, given the current climate. A change of the current situation requires a Benefactor with enough millions to buy a say on the Board. Else, "Goodnight Vienna". At least, where things are, we have a situation where a voice is heard in the upper Echelons. But, to think that anything else is feasible is, to be honest, fantasy land. The "Owners" of the football club are in it for money. That is the political landscape which this country has voted for in the last however many General Elections. That is the reality..... and for the Owners, the word "Reality" is very important. (Check your dictionaries). Without the "Trust", what supporters' body is there? With the Trust, how does one overthrow Capitalism and gain a voice? The Paper Tiger is not the Trust, it is this Message Board. I read nothing but meaningless waffle on this Board - lots of people prepared to say "he should do this", or "they should do that". Get off your ferking fat arses and ferking do something, you load of s***e. All you ferking tossers out there in Internet land, sitting behind your keyboards giving it the "You should do this"!, and "You didn't do that". To use Defender's keyboard: YOU ARE THE REASON WHY THIS CLUB IS GOING DOWN THE PAN. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF WASTERS. i WILL TAKE EVERYONE OF YOU ON, ONE BY ONE, IN A UFC RING, AND YOU'LL ALL BE PISSING YOUR PANTS WHEN YOU SEE ME. AND THAT WILL NOT BE THROUGH LAUGHTER...... GROW SOME BALLS AND FERKING FIGHT FOR REAL, NOT WITH TWERKING PRETTY WORDS ON A KEYBOARD". Message understood? Anyone happy to meet me, face to face on this issue? Anyone want to support the Trust and get a consolidated message across? What a load of useless keyboard tigers you lot really are......
