It's in the liquidation documents, says the car parks grossed £10k for the previous year.

Fair enough and this indicates you are right but why the hell should we supporters be scratching around for basic information is beyond words.  It reflects so poorly on our owners and NBC. Both deserve the severest criticism for the lack of information and transparency. Yet there are those who rush to defend one or the other. Staggering.

Well I’ve made my stand
No season ticket for me

I’ve no intention of paying a penny to be treated with total contempt
I won’t miss much.
The stand shambles will still not be sorted out whether I miss this season or next.
Imo the whole club and the way it’s run is shambolic with no fan interaction whatsoever.
The writing was on the wall when the trust were kicked off the board.

If the club ever sorts itself I may take in the odd game but sorry you’ve lost me and I’ve supported for thirty years and had a season ticket for fifteen.
Il spend my cash on another hobby instead

Good luck one and all

Ridiculously hard to understand what's going on without clarity from either party.

Shoey, see you in a few months.

So in short, KT etc now get the CDNL assets which is the land lease basically? Is that right?

Can understand the creditor stuff.

Basically yes they paid £170k for the CVA and now have the leases with plans for 255 houses and 3800 m2 of commercial.

What is not in the public domain is what the minor changes proposed by KT and DB are that the council don't like?
BTW CDNL is jointly owned 50/50 between KT and DB.
The value of the commercial land is in three bands low, medium and high, even at the lower estimate the land is worth £7m.

I thought we knew all this information already?  The lease owned by CDNL is the one that was reported a number of years ago when planning permission was applied for and granted regarding houses and commercial development.

What KT claims he is trying to do is transfer the lease owned by CDNL over to the football club.  He then said that there are discrepancies between the lease owned by CDNL and the one already owned by NTFC where some land overlaps.  That’s what they are claiming they are trying to get rectified by the council before the lease can be transferred to the club and CDNL wound up completely.

Where have you seen the statement by KT reference the transfer to NTFC?

I thought that was part of one of his statements or interviews a couple of weeks ago.  If it wasn’t then I’ve made it up in my head.  I could very well be confusing speculation by someone else or something.

I've not seen that anywhere, I think it might be the other way round.

It's in here.

“For almost 18 months we have been asking the council to allow CDNL to surrender the relevant area to the football club so that there was no potential conflict.

OK they need to separate the land because they can't develope the CDNL part without separating from NTFC.
They are defiantly not signing the whole land over to NTFC.

Yeah that appears to be how it sounds.  They need to give part of the land to ntfc but they intend to keep the rest of the land for CDNL I assume to either develop or sell on.  Whether they profits from that go to the club or them personally is another question.

No idea.
That's the problem, nobody is sure of either the truth or anyone's intentions which allows the vacuum that is created on here to be filled with misleading, unhelpful and confusing speculation.
Filling that vacuum with details would provide the fans and the people of Northampton with an opportunity to show their support either way based on facts, not divisive speculation.
