The two people I want to see in court are Grossman and Mackintosh . I understand why they have not been pursued in this case against the Cardozas but let’s hope to God they are brought to trial by the police . Quite clearly the Cardozas feel betrayed by Grossman and I would love to see their dirty washing made public .
I suspect Grossman is far too slippery to ever be held responsible - Mackintosh, I suspect was playing well out of his league and could be hung out to dry (if guilty of course!)

Again please exercise caution when commenting on this issue. Live police investigation still ongoing. Speculation more likely to cause more harm than good. Don't give anyone potentially charged an opportunity to say they will not get a fair trial because of accusations on social media. The QC is doing a good job in the civil case of uncovering detail and the police will want a result.

Perhaps Admin can use their discretion on this issue and remove/caution those posts which might cause issues - in their judgement.

The problem is that it would appear that from a legal standpoint he has done nothing wrong. Morally he is the scum of the earth, but morals don't have any legal standing. He is obviously adept at the money moving scams, based on how many companies he has formed and disolved.
Yes but it is illegal to take on business knowing that your own business is going under as a director . It’s also illegal to pay monies that are for no apparent reason . I don’t want to jeopardise anything and so will leave it at that .

The problem with that is you must prove intent and forethought to obtain a conviction. Paying monies with no apparent reason is covered by "consultation fees".

To a company called "County Cemetery Services" when you are building a football stand ? Maybe that's where they've buried the money

That’s exactly right. Therefore unfortunately it doesn’t matter what you believe, it only matters what you can prove. Proving intent and forethought in fraud cases is notoriously complex and difficult, hence the length of time and effort required to build a case.

Same goes on this thread and the whole site.... All posts that suggest, or directly imply that a crime has occurred are going to get deleted. I have dealt with some of these guys solicitors before. They will definitely be watching, and they will definitely pursue you. No ridiculous alleged or apparently comment either. I'd steer well clear of it all.

The biggest takeaway from that for me was that both KT and Bower aren’t going to be around much (we probably figured that anyway as one has family in Florida and the other lives in Dubai) and that talks were progressing with a couple of groups (sounds like possibly a consortium and an individual) with a view to partnerships. I just hope any partnership is a bit more robust than the last one.

What I took from it was that they couldn't have filmed it in a worse location.
