To be fair, this is a forum for supporters of NTFC. Much like on any other football forum, fans will moan and express differing opinions. And, just as with those other forums, they will usually have little influence on the solutions which are reached. I don't think it's down to Random to provide the solution, nor the construction plans accompanying it. However, things are very quiet. Some answers would be nice.

If KT wants to sell me the shares for the same price he paid for them (£1) I will buy them, I would immediately call on you mate to get involved because I know you have knowledge and passion and would be able to help this club finally move forward.

I would then call on anyone and everyone who loves this club and wants it to be better to offer their skills and services, I would get the Trust involved because again they are good people who understand NTFC and Northampton.

I and everyone would learn best practice for every single aspect of running a successful football club and put them into practice as much as possible, funds allowing.

I would insist that everyone is valued and everyone believes in making NTFC the best it can be, that they share in my desire, passion and determination to make that happen.

I would bring in partners that offers NTFC the best value that fits into best practice etc

I would have a long term goal and vision of NTFC established in the Championship with crowds of 14000 +

How is this achieved?  Same way you eat an elephant, 1 small piece at a time.

Attention to detail is the secret off the pitch, happy and ambitious playing staff the key to on field success

I can’t argue with a lot of that... But. I just can’t see the bloke walking away. I have said all along. He has my vote for a few months after the council signed the leases off. I’m not sure what date that was done... But it must be getting near to it now.

The cabinet meeting took place on 12th June where it was agreed to "normalize" the leases......does anyone know if it has been done yet, or are we still looking for that blooming pen?!

Last video interview from KT stated the revised lease was now with his legal team & that there were just some technicalities to finalise.....sigh!

Small update from an interview with NBC's Jonathan Nunn.

We have "active dialogue" with NTFC. Chief exec George Candler met with chairman Kelvin Thomas last week.

Three next stages: Leases, build the stand and then think about future development.

"Discussion are going well," says Jonathan Nunn, but can't talk about dates.

WTF, just about sums up Northampton

Future development comes last ! and even then it's thinking about it first, so perhaps by 2100 we might extend behind one of the goals !

Everything done in Northampton over the past 40 years has been short term in the extreme. From the bus and train stations, Sixfields stadium and area, Riverside, West Link Road, to the Balloon Festival no wonder most fans can't be bother to raise an eyebrow when a land investor rides into town in the guise of a football man.

The worrying thing is the the NBC thinks no plans Thomas is the voice and wishes of the club and they will do whatever it is he femands of them.
Its quite clear any expansion and redev want be happening any time soon and highly unlikely  under the present incumbents.
It would be nice if the trust could hold independent  discussions with the NBC, to look out for our future intrests?

ssshhhh Beds, I think the Trust has spoken with NBC but we will have to wait 50 years for it to be delisted from the Official Secrets Act to find out for sure
