According to KT, in a direct reply to my question of land ownership, the land is now annexed into private ownership and was never intended to be used for the benefit of enabling Sixfields redevelopment.
Well that's what it came across to me as.
Question asked on inspiration radio back in November.
What todays statement reads to me,  sounds like the council have got sick of inactivity and constant badgering and has told KT to show he is genuine when it comes to redevelopment and not just the talk he's been so good at.
We will soon see.

That's correct. The council and Cardoza and his cronies set that up outside NTFC. The club was never going to benefit from that land.

I think you have called it. You are a mug,

The one significant piece of the jigsaw you missed was that you had been stupid to grant a long lease to the previous tenant. You made the mistake grow ill and live with it.

By the way I would advise you not go go into any form of Business?

Lol! Really? The granting of lengthy leases is standard practice. By the way, I hope you were referring to my hypothetical landlord. Personally, I've been running my own business for over twenty years. Wink

That was hypothetical? You must be clearer in the future. That behaviour suggests you are not to be trusted in any involvement with the Football club in the future.

I don't know, given the behaviour of some recent incumbents, there doesn't appear to be a minimum standard. Wink I can't wait to see who rolls up next. Huh?  Shocked

Grin Are you HallamCobbler in disguise? Jolly wont like that at all - not one bit.

Really, in the politest way possible, why don't you fuck off so we can read at least one thread without your constant inane comments. This is clearly not your topic as proved time and again. Stick to match reports.

Anyway, on thursday, the 24-01-2019, 10-30 am, at the Birmingham civil and family justice hearing centre, room 606, judgement will be handed down in the NBC v Cardoza high court case. Hopefully, it will provide some answers.

If it goes with the club trend, will it not be 'undisclosed'?

The club will have little or nothing to say about it anyway. This is about whether the council can claim up to £3m back from the Cardozas. Seeing if they took money indirectly from the redev money as ‘payback’ for the directors loans put into the club over the years.

meanwhile Luton are wasting their money on a new stadium and doubling their capacity.

"The BBC notes that the stadium is expected to be paid for by a separate development at the Newlands Park site. A meeting to determine the outcome of this development will be held on January 30 and Luton said it is hopeful of a similarly positive outcome"

a) it is not "their money" - this is enabling development as seen in MK. The club itself is not paying for the stadium.
b) it is subject to confirmation of the enabling development itself

Interesting their fans are already moaning about the location and the unimaginative stadium design - still looks a bit more real than the Kholer Dome at Slip End or indeed our very own East Stand.

The only person who moaned about its location is me, as I live 10 mins walk from it and will cause parking issues, so I've put in my objections and suggested it should be built off J15a instead.
The design of the ground is quite unique which allows future growth.
They are even widening the tiny river lea to give a waterside front.
I haven't heard one complaint other than the Mall shopping centre worried about the put of town shopping at Newland rd.
Will we get a few boxes fitted in the east stand before they get all this built?

This is the civil case but there is still a criminal case ongoing, I imagine those involved with that will be watching this rather closely.

Anyone got a link to this as I can't seem to find one. Does the amount Captain Tony has to repay include NBC's costs or are they in addition? Weren't they well over half a million as well?

The news is slowly coming out on Twitter, via the local BBC Northampton crew etc.
