Positive move from KT, good to see his plan progressing as he'd hoped, albeit slower than we'd all like.
You actually know his plan? Please enlighten..

2 differing consortium, both wanting a club to build up are fighting to take control of wycombe wanderers, subject to their fan owners approval.. We could do worse than court them. Maybe the timing of the Q&A could be influenced by this?

Just thought i'd check on Companies House for details of this "change of ownership" for CDNL.......nothing filed yet.
The last thing filed were the accounts for a dormant company up until the 30th June, which were filed only a couple of weeks ago.
No worries, I'm sure something will turn up pretty soon, then that will show whether Northampton Town Football Club do indeed own CDNL......or do Northampton Town Ventures now own it....or maybe Belle de Jour..........

I welcome the latest statement from KT. Progress BUT tooooooooooooo slow.
I would welcome a statement from NBC, to its electorate, about its opinion concerning the meeting with KT this week.................................I won't hold my breath!

Perhaps the transfer was done today following NBC meeting I am sorry I really do wish I could believe that KT is trying to do his best for NTFC. As much as others try to defend him with clever quips, in 4 years we have done little but move backwards. The East stand alone will not improve the fortunes of this football club.

We haven't move backwards. Name where we have moved backwards from when Cardozy was in charge.

Lower quality of management and playing staff and the value of those players, league position, gates, level of debt rising, no future plans known of. There's a few to begin with, I have more.

It didn't go un noticed that this gesture of cndl land now transfered to the club, was announced the very next day after a 'good' meeting with NBC. Well played the council I say!

Is there a time limit in which this filing has to take place GPC?

To be honest I don’t know how it would work as the same directors are present for both companies. Rather than have the club ‘owning’ a dormant company who control some leases, why didn’t they just transfer the leases into the name of the football club and close down CDNL?

I can’t think of anyone that defends him. It just that some people wait until there is clear evidence of WRONGDOING. That’s what decent rational people do. They don’t try to criminalise or defame somebody until there is evidence to prove their point. As I have said all along. I hope they do make a few quid out of it, as long as the club benefits as well..

Cant say for sure as I havent seen the lease but the vast majority of leases contain a "non assignable" clause.

This is my thoughts happy for them to make a good profit as long as the club gets a fair deal.

On the two occasions I have been involved with this type of situation it has taken less than six days for records to be updated. So, given this happened ' in the last few months' I would expect to see something fairly soon.

I wondered the same thing. It'll also be interesting to see whether 'CDNL is owned by the Football Club' translates to 'CDNL is owned by Northampton Town Ventures Limited', right?

Er, I am sure there is a straightforward answer to this? If the ownership of the land has transferred to the football club and KT & DB have the controlling interest over NTFC and by definition the majority decision regarding what happens to its assets, what’s the difference? For example, what would prevent them from selling the land, generating a large profit for the club and then pay themselves a dividend from the profit? If this remains a possibility I don’t really see how this offers anything more than faith that the owners will use the money to benefit the club, pretty much like when the land was owned by CDNL? Like I said, I am sure this will all be clarified at some point and there will be something I have missed?
