Liberals always easy on other peoples money
Evers, you really are comical gold on the hypocrisy front - mere minutes before you lambast a poster for political comments (probably because it doesn't agree with your thoughts) & then follow with your own unoriginal observation.

Say what you like about Adolf ... he would have had this Fcukin East Stand built years ago!
With his captive work force.. And has anyone thought that the east stand may be "finished" in the mind of our owner? He put a few seats back. And if anyone has been to Gillingham, you get the picture. No roof and portaloos.

Serves a purpose........ especially when there are no fans allowed in! That isn't going to change before August.....and he knows it!

But will the stand change before August? I doubt it. I very much doubt that any work will commence before then, and he regards the stand as "finished". I have seen a lot worse.

I didn't say which August.......i'll go for the stand in the same state as it is now until at least August.....2023

I was not objecting to your view, more to how the people think the stand as finished. Because I think that it is.

Put some maroon corrugated tin on the back of the East Stand to replicate the classic Abington Avenue look and personally I reckon it’s done?

Maroon??? I think the maroon was associated with the cricket club at the County Greynd rather than the Cobblers. (?)

Anyway. Whatever anyone says about the County Ground, wouldn't it be great if it could have been redeveloped for football and the cricket had moved to a new ground; Milton Keynes, Wellingborough or any of the other venues they fancied playing at over the years, nothing against the County by the way, just that the County Ground was our spiritual home and we are far better supported than the cricket, so we should at least have had the option. Also, as a topic for discussion; I would say, out of all the clubs in the football league, that have been in it for 100 plus years, we have the worst ground/lowest capacity of any or them. Is any one happy with this, or are you just happy to have a league team to support? Personally, for 100 years, I would expect a little better, to say the least. Although considering there are annoyingly more football supporters in this town that support other teams than their local team it's hardly surprising, as much as it pisses me off. Despite it's downfalls and limitations, nobody can deny that the County Ground had a bigger capacity than P T Sixfields stadium.

Nah! No one's brought up an out of turn comment you made three years ago.

Was it that you didn't pass the salt across the table on Boxing day, five years back?

My wife once had a dream where we'd gone to London for the day and I'd had a strop, walked off and left her and she didn't know how to get back to the station. I was in the doghouse all the next day after that one; apparently I'd behaved like a twat!

I hope she’s not your ex wife BOTN? If she is, rather embarrassingly I reckon I’ve married her?
