Something is afoot.....

Belle-De-Jour Limited no longer a "person of significant interest" in NT Ventures, the owning company of NTFC.

Fantastical Limited are also no more.....

David Bower and also now his wife Jane Bower are the persons with a significant interest.

What's the assumed relevance and impact GPC?
It's just that some people will read that and assume that KT has bought Disneyland, or come up with some half baked conspiracy theories.
It does make it very 'clean' to see the ownership under Northampton Town Ventures and the football club. I'm sure some will speculate regardless.

Until they get on with it, I wish they would move the bloody cameras over to the East Stand.

There was a picture on FB of him meeting someone which I assume was Saturday but he definitely wasn't sitting in his normal seat.

Difficult to work out! It does show that the Bowers now hold 90% of the shareholding in NT Ventures and KT has the other 10%. Figures wise this equates to 2,103,787 shares in the club held by the Bowers and 233,755 by KT, and KT's shareholding means that in essence he, the Chairman, owns just 8.46% of the club.

The removal of Fantastical and BDJ could mean that it makes it easier to deal with "people" rather than an offshore company based in a known tax haven, more palatable for the Council and any future land deal.....

It could have also been done as a result of the recently highlighting of issues surrounding the 5USports deal, with the various companies involved, and now we just have a couple of individuals which is more now more transparent......

Who knows though...nothing has been communicated out has it? Just some filings made at Companies House.

Pretty much how I interpreted it. At least we know where the eggs are, although Fantastical (great name) was dormant anyway. Probably some accountancy housekeeping and not worthy of a press release. Nothing has probably changed in real terms and I think we knew who the boss was and who the figurehead is!

The tax and corporate landscape continually changes. There are a number of possibilities at any one time. Most of them rather unexciting.

There has also been changes in UAE around business ownership, taxation etc. Although more linked to foreign ownership of business based in UAE but could have been something in the small print or the lower details that make it more beneficial for them.

Perhaps KT is currently brassic and wanted some wonga off his mate for his slice of the pie.
Or is this just a paper transaction with nothing tangible taking place?

Just trying to inject a bit of humour back into what in all fairness should be fun. Unfortunately, some people are hell bent on taking away any enjoyment attached to supporting the Cobblers, or being on here..

Apparently the Caleb swag will put 'the cherry on the cake' of the redevelopment plan. It will turn a Lada into a Cortina.
