Oh, I certainly have. In fact, if you read my posts going back right to the start of this particular tenure. You will see that I have always said. That until a decision is reached on the use of the land, we will never know the final outcome. It's a shame you and a few others never adopted that rather prophetic perspective. You could have saved yourself a lot of time playing at football club ownership.
I actually have read all of your posts Terry, but don't think you're anything special now, I've read every single post by everyone that's ever posted on this thread. It bores the pants off most people but not me. You can't have done, no one has, there was no decision to be made on the use of land at the start of this tenure. It only became a thing when the leases came into the possession of those who own the club. Anything before that is conjecture and subterfuge.

Please tell me your not advocating a wait a see policy! Cardoza/cdnl was afforded that. Thomas/ cdnl, despite pi5s balling around for several years, must not.. When WNC start getting involved with cdnl it's a very dangerous mix as we've seen previously. Councillors thinking a few boxes in a rusting stand represents good value to Northampton and its football club for £20m worth of prime redevelopment land, , its not and they should be told. I hope they read their emails because they sure don't reply! Now I read cllr Clark (?) Has Been silenced for asking awkward questions ! These are dangerous times for our clubs post cdnl future. Waiting and seeing we can't risk.

What's difficult old boy? The quote was: 'Also the idea is so American and I'm not a big fan of things American'.
You added 'Ownership models' didn't you?...you know that you did.
You are correct, the 'ownership models' was a cut/paste error. My fault. However the query stands as to why was it relevant to state ' Also the idea is so American etc'. The point is. am just curious but if my curiosity is unwelcome or unwanted just ignore. No harm done! regards

He didn’t appear very silent to me when he stood up in the chamber and made his speech? Seems to me he can say what he wants when he wants and make every claim and accusation under the sun. Probably a bit sore because he’s off the committee for being too partisan when he should be impartial? You know the Tories, always struggle with reality.

No worries. Your curiosity is welcome. I have never been much of a fan of American culture and I don't generally like American sport. I don't think we have much to learn from them. Hope that helps.

Anybody heard a whisper when the Judicial Review will be announced?
Anybody heard a whisper when the C P S will make a decision? (even what year!)

I'm not advocating anything mate. I'm purely stating what I have said from the start. The is, and always been the magnet that attracts owners to the club. The issue isn't who gets it. It is about its use to us as a club. That decision can only lie in the hands of the owners, should they be successful in the JD.

I have always stated that the club was not the initial attraction, whether or not it is now, I don't know. It just turns out I was right. I don't doubt that there appears to be some sentimentality attached to their motivation now. But it could not, as with Cardoza, have been the determining factor in coming on board. So at the time, it was absolutely conjecture. But none the less correct

I don't know enough about the collegiate system but instinctively I'd say no. If the current system is broken I'd try fixing that first.

I was an early adopter of the Hotel End after the Rivals debacle and then took a long sabbatical from football forums. You really need a hobby
