I don’t find it that surprising Macca got off - to convict, the requirement is to prove he knew something- without written or a personal witness to the fact very difficult to prove - the fact the likelihood of him-not knowing is very difficult to believe is not enough for a conviction. Re Dozy - unfortunately between him and his (somewhat brighter) colleagues will not I’m sure ever be held accountable. |

Oh I'm sure he'll be ol' Billy Big B's now he has his 'innocence'. With the million pound plus investigation, it is amazing that some forensic accounting can't track where every penny of loan ended up and if laws were broken. It's pretty staggering when you think about it but in the world of financial corruption I'm sure it's little league stuff, quite literally. The sad thing with Macca is that he'll probably make a political comeback at some point, as opposed to working 12 hour night shifts in a warehouse. |

As you, Beds and Duston are the only ones I ever hear preaching that mantra. I can only assume that it sits perfectly with the persecutory nature of minds like yours. And the pigeon hole that you have created for a lack of progress. The rest of us just assume it is down to other things, not subscribing to that theory at all. |

Looking at that some of it did indeed happen but then it just seemed to grind to a halt. The provision of houses and a health centre on the old Sixfields South Car Park is one i'd not heard before.....the expansion of the University seems to have taken over the second half of the plans (Nunn Mills Road/Ransome Road) Note the Athletics track site too on that map/plan....... |
