I tried to get a statement from the Crown Prosecution Service about when they will make a decision after all these years..........fcuk all back from a public body!!!!!!

Anybody else trying different avenues to get an update after all the police hours were spent collating the information?

The CPS will only pursue a case presented to them by the police if they think there's a reasonable chance of a positive outcome!

Perhaps in this instance they should, but they are not required to publicly state if they aren't going to proceed with a case.

Maybe a cost of the case would be an available? I’m sure when I last read it was well over £1m. A lot of OT in there. My bro was involved in some of the early electronic forensics and said that was a major screw up with some of the data.

I think that's a legacy of the mess left behind by Cardoza. The steelwork was built to his terrible pound shop design which only had boxes in the middle section. The ones on each end were added as part of the redesign, but they had to work with the steel structure that was already in place (or spend a fortune ripping it down and starting from scratch which they didn't want to do).

£5.800,000 would suggest differently...Thats a whole heap of money for something so underwhelming small, basic and unfit for the purpose that's evidently missing these past 30 years, which is capacity increase to 10,000..

The only ones who need castigating are those that sat on their hands, waiting for something good to happen when it was blatantly obvious we were going to be mugged off massively by greedy outsider speculators desperate for an easy pay day..... Those to blame, the clubs daft supporters who got too close and became their 'useful idiots'

Have we learned valuable lessons as  £16,000,000m in loans, land and God only knows what else is being used to redevelop our football stadium to allow it to, after 30 years at Sixfields finally be able to challenge as equals in L1 with strong championship ambitions..
So what have we got this time round having spent £5.8m on the East stand?....

Let's hope these latest time wasters fill their boots, take their loot, allowing our club to recover with what's left, to finally become the club it's cruelly  being denied these past 20 years.
