Hello Cobblers, i'm really looking forward to this draw, not a ground I have visited yet so i'm happy, and was on holidays last time we played you back in 2003. I'm sure the Northampton players will like this test, us being unlucky finalists last season, and i'm sure our squad will love the test, we will most probably gove some academy graduates a run out, but we will definately have some first team players starting. I'm not sure how much we will bring, in the first round last season, i'm sure it was a wednesday night? But we took 800 to Oxford. Also, which was pretty stupid, Wales were at home to Australia that same night, so a lot of people went to that instead. On August 15th this year, Wales have a friendly against Bosnia-Herzegovina. It's at home, but it's down Swansea at the Liberty Stadium, so quite a few might not be able to make it (trains are awkward and expensive), while to Cardiff, it's so easy to get to, so hopefully that means we will bring up to 1000 to Sixfields. No probs mate. Not your fault. The lad came on here in good faith for a friendly chat and gets a load of stereotypical abuse. Just showing up their total lack of class. Should be a good game though. Looking forward to it. Won't cry if you beat us as our cup run took a lot out of us last season. All the best for the new season. |
