New club Website

Is this the club's fault? I think the old website - like most football league club websites - was built and maintained by an independant
company. Makes me wonder if this change has been forced upon them unless they wanted to spend ££££'s on their own.

Unless of course they have done this off their own back, in which case i'd say the developers have had a mare.

I don't particularly like it, but i'll probably get used to it.

The majority of premier club websites are appalling, ours is much better in comparison.

For me...I find it ok, my only massive gripe is that bloody annoying video that plays all the time unless you pause it, makes me just close the website.

I've project managed the delivery of quite a few websites and can tell you that this breaches lots of basic accessibility rules.

Anyway, the websites are designed and hosted by an external company (I assume procured and/or recommended by the football league, as most clubs have the same site, although I also assume they can opt out and do their own thing, which will be more hassle and more cost).

I dont therefore blame the club for this monstrosity, but obviously whoever agreed this new format is a complete moron.

Oh Dear!!
I just went on and the site is all over the shop, pictures and articles overlaying other pictures and articles.
Clicked on the Fixtures and Results to be greeted by a very amateurish fixtures and incomplete results from last season that was not even NTFC specific!
How is that a professional website?

I've changed my mind, my first impression was that it was ok. However the more I use it the more I hate it.

Looks like you cant view the website like you could via mobile anymore which is a bit of a pain. Unless its yet to be available for mobile phone e.g. android devices. I will reserve judgement but by the sounds of it people have passed their verdict for not being very user friendly

I have a HTC ONE X and the new site doesn't seem to load at all. Even my netbook struggles to load the new site. It is an awful site now

You lot are some moany fukking idiots. Its a new layout so of course there will be things overlapping and not quite right it is work in progress.

And as for not knowing where things are - its because it is new!

Fukk what the website looks like lets actually show the same passion for the team on the pitch when the season starts!
