Is he definitely going back to Spurs?
That was the impression I got from Sammo's interview with Radio N'pton but nothing on the official website as usual. If he does go then I would like to thank him for putting in some decent performances and keeping us from being punished by our inept striker(s)

As I understand it....
Dunn is No. 1 and plays when fit The club won't put anything on the website until the end of a players' loan period so don't expect anything until on or after the last day of the loan period (whenever that is) No need to have a loan keeper once Dunn is fit as frees up a loan slot/budget and if Dunn or Walker get's injured they are a piece of piss to get in - most clubs in top divisions have 4 keepers on their books

I think that Janson has to go back to Spurs to free up wages to sign a striker or possibly two, that said he was a great keeper for us and I will go as far as saying that without him playing at Reading we wouldn't be looking forward to playing Liverpool

That happens to be today, so the fact that there is no news from the club disappointed me.

I doubt many will agree.. But I think we need to try and keep him, be on the bench.. Pushing Dunn as I dnt think sammo has the balls to drop Dunn (if needed) for walker. One we have a proven keeper in th wings to pick up the pieces - and two it means walker can go on loan to get experience and make the cock ups else were!!

in an ideal world i'm sure sammo would love to keep him but it's already been said that we can't afford two first choice keepers at the club.

Marquis, dont get me wrong.. samma has made some massive decisions and most of them i agree.. but i dont think he would drop dunn for walker! he didnt last season.. remember away at crewe he brought in someone instead of throwing in walker.

Do you think we could get him back ? Though Dunn made a couple of good saves when we were 3-1 down thought he again had another poor game. His overall game just does not inspire confidence. Thought he could have done more for the first goal, rather than being statuesque on the goal line which made it a lot easier for the striker. Whilst the second goal was probably offside, thought he should still have saved the shot only getting a very weak hand on it. And the third, whilst it was sweetly struck shot, I think any goalkeeper would have been disappointed to concede.

It's pretty ridiculous that Thornton has a 'bad' game and he's dropped and publicly slated, Dunn has a couple of poor games and he's still 'Number 1, end of' in Sammo's book. Sorry but Dunn's best form came last season when he had competition and his position as number 1 was under threat, we had Brown, Steele, Lumley. Now there's an untested youth on the bench and he's back to his shaky ways. Not good enough, if we can't afford to have another keeper then you have to seriously send a message to Dunn that complacency won't be tolerated.

Was i watching a completely different game to the rest of you?
In my opinion, Dunny had an ok game. He kept the scoreline down. He is a League 2 keeper and guess what folks, we are in league 2.
He might have done better than he did for their third but Im more worried about how easy it was for the lad to get his shot off without even being pressurised by our defence.
Goalkeeper isn't a problem position, the defence is.

Ive yet to see the goals on TV, but at the time I thought he was maybe at fault for the first goal. The 2nd - the guy was clean through whilst the 3rd was an excellent finish.
I thought he had a decent game...
