Surprised no-one has dredged up this old beauty. New striker and manager both score

Not good defending from the boss for Leons goal, but a great finish for the winner.....what a Christmas present that was!!

Pretty good I'd say considering he's not match fit yet.

Very good, very strong, nearly scored with his first touch. He's going to prove a real handful at this level.

I was impressed with his presence up front, fully fit he should be a threat to most defences in the league. Also, no hesitation in pulling the trigger and trying to get the shot away, which makes a change from the constant dallying on the ball.

He looked handy to me , liked the way he got into the goal area pretty sharpish, which will produce goals as season progresses given the right service which was in short supply today.

For a guy who hasn't started a game in 18 months I thought he was terrific today, battled hard, was a real presence and as 4everdelayed says, was not afraid of pulling the trigger. Also had a hand in Ossie's goal. Once match fit he will score goals for us, and the "Mac Attack" as I've heard them being called , McKenzie and McKay, showed signs of flourishing into a decent partnership.
