No 1   Lower your expectations,   we are not Barcelona
No 2 It helps to have an understanding partner..You know when the fixture list comes out its going to clash with a holiday or wedding ect.
No 3  Blind faith...You will find yourself on a bitter cold night 100s of miles away from home leaving the ground after losing ,and  you  will say to youself never again. But you know deep down that you will be there at the next match ,because if  you dont the cobblers will win.
No 4 loads of money
No 5 Always remember  if there are two ways of doing it the cobblers will do it the hard way.
And finally it has been said before on this site ..I did not choose NORTHAMPTON...NORTHAMPTON chose me..

Are you sure your a Cobblers fan?

Don't think anything I "reap or sow" has or will make any difference to the running/playing of the club. Unless I win the lottery of course!

Despite having a brush with leeds and anybody else who was good in the 70s, Northampton is my home town despite living in the North West now. Week in week out after living here for 14 years I have the p**s taken out of me by Liverpool/Everton/Man U/C fans who dont go to games, I take pride out the fact I still attend a few games and thats what I shove in there faces, and thats why I stay a Cobblers fan. But it can be painfull, but the odd night like Anfield make life easier.....
