Last night at the game i felt physically sick when we went 2-1 up! Could not believe it....

On way to work this morning i heard the Radio Northampton commentary from last night.....hairs stood up on back of neck and when Osman scored and Terry Angus "lost it" i felt so proud and felt myself welling up  Cry

WHAT A NIGHT  Smiley

Was on from 7am (god i'm really flagging at work now but it was so worth it!)

Don't have a link but i listened from 7am-8am and it had re-runs of the commentary and interviews with Jacobs and Osman.....

Angus is such a Cobbler! If you don't get choked up listening to it, you ain't human!

No tears from me, just a lot of girly screaming and jumping on chairs.

Couldn't speak until we were back in the car and back on the M62...

After we went 2-1 up it got to the point where I physically couldn't cheer, shout, jump or sing anymore. I just couldn't. I went mental for about 5 seconds and then just froze into disbelief. All I was capable of doing was standing there for a minute in stunned silence! It's only just beginning to sink in now.......

i nearly shed a tear when jacobs scored but i just ended up screaming and jumping around in disbelief.... i had my hands on my face just peeking through my finger when abdul took the last pen, and then he scored and i couldnt move for about a minute or so... which followed with more mentalness again Wink

Couldn't go last night. Listened to the whole match on BBC. Listened to Whole of Extra time in Northampton Station Car Park. Was sitting at the Carlsberg roundabout when Abdul's pen hit back of net. My son, (who I'd been updating by text on his journey back from Northumberland), and I screamed like lunatics and bounced around a la "Waynes World" - Driver and Passenger in car next to us just looked bewildered! A life memory moment. Priceless.
