Afternoon all,
My name's Chris Charles and I write a weekly, slightly irreverent, blog for the Football League site (having previously done Review of the Week and Quotes of the Week on the BBC Sport website).
Congratulations first of all on the brilliant win. I spent my formative years in Northamptonshire and used to cover the Cobblers and all the county teams many years ago so was well chuffed (particularly as the missus is a Red)!

Northampton-born Swann helped England to clinch the one-day series win over ****stan, before turning his attentions to the game. He said: "There I was in the dressing room, drinking champagne and watching the Cobblers win the penalty shoot-out on Jimmy Anderson's phone. Fantastic!"

Thanks Chris, good to see that you're writing elsewhere, always enjoyed the blogs on the BBC site. Nice to see our tiny team getting a bit of attention from the nationals for once too.
