If it is to be the play-offs would love nothing more than getting to the final and stuffing Rotherham and shutting up their horrible manager.

That's a bit harsh, Rotherham have been the most unluckiest team in league 2 this season and deserved to have won all 43 games so far!

I'd rather get Burton if they are in there. Bradford and Cheltenham are bogey teams, and I think we're more suited to beating Burton than Rotherham. If they get there, Chesterfield are another bogey team I'd be keen to avoid, but I would fancy our chances against Exeter.

I agree, we need Langmead back asap. I never thought I would've said that about Langers while GJ was in charge!

It's interesting that people are saying how much we missed Langmead but Collins and Carlisle both had quite a few people voting them as man of the match against York. How does that work?

Could be his ability to score important late goals

I want you to stop being defeatist until Automatic is mathematically impossible. If we'd have been in Burton's position of losing 7-1 a load of our fans on here would have had to have been sectioned.

This. I think Burton are the most fragile of our rivals (other than Exeter who I doubt will make it now). Bradford, Cheltenham and Chesterfield are all tough teams to break down and I wouldnt fancy us against any of them at the moment. I think Rotherham will pinch 3rd, but they are a team who are capable of slipping up against "lesser" teams and I would love to beat them in the final more than any of the other contenders (mostly because of Steve Evans). On the flip side, imagine losing to them. Still, Wembley is a long way off...

Engineer it so we play Burton in the P/O semi's. As for the Wembley final we'll have the advantage of the Arch to hold up any over hit 'passes'.

Based on where we all are, who needs to do what, and current form, a semi final against Cheltenham looks like a probability.....

The permutations of who we may or may not play in the play offs is irrelevant. We have to play 2 of the 3 anyway and the way we're playing doesn't exactly suggest any game against any opposition in the top 7 - home or away - will be easy! We absolutely have to win 1 of our remaining games to have some confidence going into the playoffs though. What a disaster to dramatically lose such form so late in the season.
