Stuart Maynard was sacked by Notts County after he failed to deliver promotion. Luke Williams is in line to replace him, Williams left Notts to take up the Swansea role before being sacked earlier this year.

Carl Magnay has resigned as boss of Gateshead after they missed out on the playoffs in the final game of the season.

Magnay played 45 minutes of football for the Cobblers back in 2009 when on loan from Chelsea. He started the away game at Peterborough but was replaced at half time by Liam Davis. Magnay never wore the Cobblers shirt again!

Finishing one place above relegation (with record losses without getting relegated) was the issue. I didn't see him turning their league form around and the Champions League campaign could have been embarrassing.
There have certainly found themselves a huge upgrade...IMO.
