Pish's statement is bizarre:

It was mutually agreed that Gary Johnson and Peterborough United Football Club Ltd part company. The Manager and Chairman could not see eye to eye on policy.

I'd guess that having flogged McLean, another departure was on the horizon....Boyd or Mackail-Smith?? Johnson didnt agree and the chairman says cheerio!

That's exactly it !  The chairman's dream of taking the poo to the premier league has turned into a personal nightmare, what with his business problems as well.

They're still (unfortunately) a much better football team than we are at the moment.

Gary Johnson has left the Pish by mutual consent.

The club and mgr couldn't see eye to eye....

Now I know Johnson is a short arse but they could have given him a stool to help the situation surely?

Tim Flowers has quit Stafford Rangers.

"The Board have reluctantly accepted the resignation of Tim Flowers as Manager of Stafford Rangers FC. Mr Flowers confirmed his resignation in a telephone call to the Chairman yesterday afternoon stating that he was not enjoying the job and that he did not want to continue doing something he did not enjoy"

Just watching Hibs being beaten 3-0 at home to Celtic, banners and shouts for Calderwood out are being seen and heard!

Calderwood's reign as Hibs boss is becoming a nightmare.

Ayr United 1-0 Hibernian last night. Ayr are in Scottish Division 2!

The Scottish Sun picks up the story:

'Stewards moved in to keep away fans at bay as they hurled abuse at chairman Rod Petrie after a display boss Colin Calderwood called 'unacceptable'.'
