Why, all of a sudden do U-16's need an adult? I dont remember reading about it when the arrangements were initially put out, but out of the blue its now required. Personally, in 7 years i dont remember this sort of rule but now i've heard it twice in a week. Is this the club just trying to make some extra money?

I'd have thought that as these are both away games the conditions laid down are set by the home team

How many under 16s actually go without somesort of an adult anyway?
I expect it's to stop people getting in as under 16 when they aren't.

The other day before the Chesterfield game some steward asked me where my accompanying adult was, and told me all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult to every home game. I told him I didn't have one, I'd been going regularly to Cobblers home games without one for about three years and it had never, ever been a problem before, and in fairness, he did let me in in the end. It may be Oxford's policy but I wouldn't be at all surprised if this was NTFC supplying the red tape, partially or wholly, on this occasion. It's no wonder some lads from round here go to stadium:mk on a Saturday instead in all honesty. Cheaper tickets, better football, less hassle. I'd wouldn't be seen dead in the home end there but I can understand why you may go there if you're mine or Tyler's age, from, or living in, Northampton, want a football fix and don't really have any connections with NTFC.

Probably always been the rule but no one has enforced it

Must say i'm disappointed we have an ex teacher instigating playground fights. Big year for me so i'm going to let this sort of behaviour fester between those who should really know better

The policy for under 10's seems to greatly vary from club to club.
It goes from Macclesfield which is Free and now Oxford 9.50
