Platt had a good game on Saturday - but he is still too old and too unfit to build any plan for this season around him - having said that this season is finished so f*** any plan lets just grind out enough results to avoid going down.

“As far as Luke is concerned, I think he is as good a finisher as I’ve seen,” said the Town boss.

No surprise to find him on the bench two days later.

I reckon Angus has been drinking the same stuff. I've just listened to 20 minutes of Bury being almost camped in our half and he says "It's been coming but we've been in control" He even did a Keegan before the pen saying Duke was going to save it to his left.

Maybe his blind optimism is rubbing off, we've only just gone and scored
