What exactly is the current situation? Hornby, Zander etc. Can anyone provide a summary of who's injured, what with and for how long are they likely to be out? Apologies if this is known but I live a long way from C&E country.

Diamond is out for a month, I don't know about Hornby.

Read earlier somewhere Zander is 2-4 weeks hamstring. Hornby needs games but not in our first team at present.  Don't know about the rest.  Everyone on here seems to keep picking Cresswell in their side for the next game but no idea why.

I think this is correct but may be wrong, things change very quickly -

Ian Morris - out for the season.
Lewis Hornby - back in training, on the bench recently but nothing seen of him since. Maybe a set back - who knows.
Zander Diamond - out 2 to 4 weeks - hamstring.
Gregor Robertson - out Saturday with rib injury.
Ryan Cresswell - due back soon, knee injury.
Tom Newey - due back soon, but only on loan officially until beginning of January.

Also, David Moyo on loan at Brackley.
Connor Roberts on loan at Biggleswade
Alex Nicholls on loan at Exeter City - Contract up at NTFC on 1st January.

And of course Kashif Siddiqi - probably still injured, but will never play in any case.

I think that's everyone covered.

Diamond is fit again in time for Saturday but Wilder says he is sticking with the same defence.

Shame for Ben Tozer, good cover to have on the bench.
Good news that Zander is due back and an answer to the Hornby concerns?

From the Chronic:
"Meanwhile, the Cobblers have announced that physio Stuart Barker has left the club.

A club statement read: “Northampton Town physio Stuart Barker has left Sixfields to move on to pastures new.

“All of us at Sixfields would like to thank Stuart for his work over the years and wish him well for the future.”

Academy physio Anders Braastad will now be working with the first team."

Funny how ever since we started doing well the injuries have been few and far between.

I wonder if physio Anders Braastad has ever had problems with predictive text?

Is it a correct assumption that although KaidMo is injured probably until the end of the season and hasn't been sent back, he will be signed permanently in the summer?

The impression I got from Wilder at the forum was that we would be unlikely to see him play again.
Don't know why he hasn't been sent back but I would be surprised if he was still here next season.

I'd like to see us retain him if it fits into our budget. Great option from the bench or to cover injuries.
