Seeing Rico in the stand on Saturday, he seemed to be wearing some kind of leg brace and to be limping heavily - won't be straight back to playing when that does come off.
He was having a great season despite a few missed pens. Also Tubbs overtook him on the league 2 top scorers..Hope Rico's back soon..

He's got a protective air boot on. When I followed him up the stairs he was moving fine apart from the clumsiness of the boot. Still walking fine doesn't mean running and kicking fine.

I think someone should just take this city of Peterborough and just... just flush it down the f***in' toilet

Judging by CW's comments I wouldn't be too hopeful of him playing for us again..

Unfortunately after 2 seasons out I'd forgotten about him completely.

CW: "....and we were able to get 20 minutes of football into Lewis Hornby, which was pleasing.”
That sounds promising?

Did you hear the whole interview ?? CW suggested that he's spoken enough about Lewis Hornby and would like to concentrate on players who want to play, like Zander Diamond. He also said that Lewis Hornby has almost come back before but then has broken down, maybe the lad doesn't want to play anymore, to be out for almost two years with a variety of different injuries does seem very odd. Don't expect him to be offered new terms at the end of the season in any case.

The quote was from the Chronic, your version of the whole interview changes the picture. Thanks

No problem, and it is a real shame because the lad had plenty of promise and possibly a good career ahead of him. Who knows he may prove us all wrong, get fit, get a new contract and take the league by storm next season. We can all hope.

Diego de Girolamo unlikely to be fit for Saturday.  Pulled out of the Italy U20 game through injury.

Brendon Moloney out for a 'few weeks' according to the official twitter.  (A few weeks in my book is 2 weeks)

Yet then Jeremy Casey later says he will miss the start of the season. Why do the club always basically lie and say things aren't as bad as they are?

To me, a few is 3. Which puts him 3 weeks behind in pre-season training and so yeah probably miss the first month of the season.

Out for between four and six weeks, Picked up the injury at Burton
"It was advice that wasn’t correct, and we had to go along with that, and the advice was for Brendan to rest.“  He has now been to see another specialist today (Tuesday), and has been operated on."
