ha ha! I was actually going to start a topic dedicated to one of my least favourite ever Cobblers players earlier today, but thought better of it!  Grin

Suffice to say he just irritates me. Greatly. The Carter/Deegan centre mid partnership is the worst permanent midfield partnership we've had during the last 25 years at least.

Our entire midfield is inept. So much so that even Ryan Gilligan would be a huge improvement.

Morris was anonymous yesterday too.

Apart from doing his usual waving his hands around when Plymouth scored.

Oh to have a Chrissy Hargreaves type in there.

I migh be wrong but I think id rather have carter than morris. And morris is our captain!

He's gutless and far from a leader. He was a sub for torquay last year but first name on our teamsheet and you wonder why were f***ed

As the seasons unfolded it seems these three reallyl are not good enough!! I was always a fan of gutts and harding.....the later i know was a bit of a marmite moment. Could really do with there bite now. Carter is dog s***e tho...i dont think hes done anything of note. Morris is no leader and deegan.....im not sure what his role is???i think we are doomed. We badly need langmead back... :-)

Did I not hear yesterday that Langmead has suffered a setback in his recovery?  Does that mean he won't be seen again this side of Christmas?   Come to think of it, does he want to be seen this side of Christmas?

As for Darren Carter, and I have to say Hackett now too, are they not playing for the manager because ADB has indeed lost the dressing room?  He's made a real rod for his back for the FA Cup tie in his post match interview with some of the loanees presumably not available, and some of the starting eleven seemingly set to be dropped.  God only knows what the starting line up will be.  At this rate we'll be starting with Heath as targetman supported by Kashif Siddiqi.

Yes, it was written somewhere that Langmead would be back in January.

I still rate Deegan but he's very naïve at times, think he needs a more experienced and disciplined old head in there alongside him, someone in the Guttridge mould, to almost keep him on a leash and stop him charging up pitch to challenge the full backs and leave us exposed. Carter is just an absolute fairy, makes Harding look like Roy Keane. Morris looks lost out on the left and you can tell he'd prefer to be playing centrally. Definitely not a captain either. Give the armband to Reid.

Carter and Morris were bench warmers at football giants Cheltenham and Torquay last season.

Is it any wonder we are where we are?

The big worry there must be if anyone remembers after coming to us after being inactive at Peterborough it took Langmead a long long time to get match fit and look the player we know he can be, initially he looked a shadow of the player he was last season

Nutshell. In. A

Wembley should have been a stepping stone for us, instead ever since an hour before kick off we've been going down hill and rapidly.

Carter is definitely among my least favourite Cobblers ever. Spineless, lazy c*nt. what the f*ck is he offering?

Morris is just pathetic. So much so that I find myself feeling sorry for him rather than hating on him.
