Woodman
Sampson Rennie Warburton Clarkson Frain
Hunter Peer Parrish
Gayle Grayson
Fooking awesome
Bearing in mind that Guinan gets some stick for being over the hill, I think a few of those might also plead guilty as charged. Sammo picking himself might also raise a few eyebrows. However, I like your sentiment.

Dunn Johnson Beckwith Holt Rodgers Davis Wedderburn Osman Thornton McKay McKenzie That is precisely the team and formation I would choose from our current squad. Well done, respect! (With Rodgers and Davis bombing up and down the wings. I would also replace Wedderburn with an experienced campaigner if we could find one, and if he's not fit enough to play at the moment, I'd put Jacobs in alongside Osman. Otherwise, Jacobs would replace "60-minute man" Thornton at around the hour mark and would play as an impact sub.)

Dunn Johnson - Hinton - Holt - Davis Osman - Wedderburn Rodgers - Thornton - Jacobs Mckenzie Clearly Gilligan needs to get this operation, and I can't understand why Sammo continues to play him, despite Wedderburn's lack of fitness. Without reserves, the only way Wedderburn will become fit is by playing matches. Simples.

After watching the embarrassment of Waddleburn last Saturday I'm amazed people are suggesting he should play on Saturday. This is a football club not a diet programme.
Would you rather play Gilly? I'd take a fat Wedders over a crocked Gilly ever day.

"Woodman

Awesome"
Really? Rennie was dire, and had he not been injured early on at Wembley we would have lost. Peer was a donkey. The only decent Cobblers sides in the last thirty years were Carr's championship winning side and Calderwood's which lost in the play-offs at Mansfield after a penalty shoot-out. As for the current side:
Dunn Johnson Hinton Beckwith Hall Rogers Osman Davis Herbert McKenzie McKay

"Every Cobblers player is a potential hero, not the villain some portray him as" (to the sound of 'All Together Now').
