Hard to see a way back from here. Absolutely nothing to be remotely encouraged by. Cardoza hasn't got a clue. Conference awaits.

DC Fooking wake up Man - Look at what your doing to us, less of your Al Qaeda YouTube clips & come out & tell us what the hell is going on - Anyone that thinks a protest isn't warranted & this club needing a damn good shake up needs to get with reality - 22 years of following this club & this Hubrastic Attitude is becoming nothing short of a Joke in all honesty, this is out club, our lives - Stop taking the piss out of us....That is all.

Well, that should put pay to anybody still calling for King to get the job. I reckon we'd probably have more points now if we'd stuck with Boothroyd.
When you really know all hope is lost!
Keep King, get a new one for the Conference. You all know miracles don't happen.

"Andrew Ellis was very much against what was going on. The Cardozas were strictly about business and development so that was him out the door. Andrew Ellis was only ever a football man."

We huffed and puffed in what were truly awful conditions, but once again were simply second best. Collins deserved his MOM,as was the stand out player in what must be one of the worst cobblers side ever. The new manager to be has a massive task on his hands to try and turn this around, as have been said many a time on these boards,we need at least 6 new quality players to stand any chance ,it really is that bad,a right back, a commanding centre half, two central midfielders,a wide man and a proven striker, not much to ask! all hopefully with knowledge of how to defend corners and set pieces and the ability to understand how to play in poor conditions, something we clearly lack at present. Having had my little rant , i thought Chesterfield looked a good team and to be fair, i suppose we did well to match them for so long, but with confidence so low it was only a matter of time before the inevitable happened.Still there's always tuesday to look forward to, if it's on,with a new manager in place and players coming in thick and fast

That was soooo bad...
The kids on loan were all dreadful. Blair was simply shocking....send him back immediately.
The new right back was a down grade on the one we let go the other day.
All 3 goals were avoidable. I just cannot see how we can stay up now. We need to spend a fortune next week to stand any chance...and I mean a fortune. Players will want extra cash to sign for us, we hold no cards. And all because the chairman has disgracefully stalled on bringing a new manager in...it's simply 2 months too late. Yet people are prepared to defend him. He may have his heart in the right place but the sooner this club is run by somebody else the better as far as I'm concerned. It's not about money, it's about common sense.

Yeah who's decision was that? Amankwaah was in poor form but he's been nothing less than adequate since his arrival. To let him go just to replace him with some kid we have no experience off is madness. All this will mean is that Tozer will have to fill in at RB now, and anyone at Wembley will know how disastrous that is. Maybe the new boss will see sense and bring Kevin back in.

Chesterfield wanted it more , were better organised , technically better and generally deserved the points. Whoever takes over is not going to get us out of the mire with this group of players , they are simply not good enough. With the exception of Duke , Collins and maybe Tozer we would'nt miss any of them. Andy King's summing up afterwards proved that despite being a likeable bloke he is not good enough either. Good luck to whoever takes over ..... They will need it !

Thought the new full back was dismal - A'wah miles better. Bit of a black eye for his distractors TBH thought we were just a bit unlucky today - missed a good chance to equalize late in the second half. It was amazing that when the ball broke lose it never seemed to go our way. Generally the forwards were ineffective, Blair looked off the pace as was German and Hope. Could not quite understand AK selection ; it might have been better to play Blair on the right and Demon on the left. Thought both their first two goals were bit lucky; why on earth the two on the line did not clear the second goal seemed very poor.

Cardoza is going to need to spend several hundred thousand to sort this, if he can't or won't we are down. I still say the writing was on the wall last year but most on hear wouldn't have a word said against Aidy, look where he has left us.
At this rate we could even slip straight through the Conference!
