Given it is allegedly a new era for the club. Should David Cardoza be looking to end the rental agreement with Coventry City at the end of this season?
I have voted yes for the reasons that it has brought bad publicity to the club and the pitch will not be in a condition to play good football.
I understand that there is a contract in place but there are "break clauses" so please lets not get bogged down (pardon the pun) with possible contractual disputes. This is basically about whether or not you want to kick out Coventry who have never been happy about being here anyway.
Finally this is exactly the sort of subject that the Trust should be hot about pushing the supporter's views to the board.

You could only blame the condition of the pitch if we were the only club having games postponed. There are already SEVEN games called off for tonight and the others don't all share their ground with another club.
I'd leave it to Wilder, if he thinks sharing the ground is affecting our chances I'm sure he'll let the chairman know.

Nope – They still won’t go to back to the Ricoh and we’ll be opening ourselves up to damages for breaking our contract early

NTFC are stupid if they didn't build in a "cover all" break clause...

A striker worth £170k in August if they stay on.
The pitch will always tear up in bad weather just keep it flat and it will play fine.

Yes amongst many other talents.
Then you'll see that the Sixfields pitch will barely take one team playing on it let alone two.

Not even worth consideration. There is no way Sisu would have left themselves open to being 'evicted' coz we say so. They have already demonstrated to Coventry City Council and the football world that they know what they are doing when it comes to negotiation...and they are prepared to play hardball! They are working in the interests of Coventry City FC and themselves - nobody else!

So we are not even allowed an opinion in fear of SISU? And your completely ignoring the issue of break clauses. If you were David Cardoza wouldn't you put a break clause in for whatever reason you bl*ody well wanted? In any case this is not a thread to get bogged down in contractual disputes, its whether you want Coventry to play in our stadium any more. I don't.

The way their fans were going on during the FA Cup game on Friday you'd think they'd rather play in a park than at Sixfields! Chants of "Northampton's a s***hole" among others, how pleasant given we're technically doing them a favour, they can f*** off as far as I'm concerned.

Of course we are all allowed an opinioin Abington. Yes, there are almost certainly break clauses - but they won't be based on the whim of one or other party. As I said - Sisu are professional negotiators - as is DC.

Send them to Coventry.
Actually after the initial scandal element I can't say I've really noticed them. The amount of rain we've had the pitch would be chopped up regardless.

I must say that even though I sat just about half a block from the Cov fans on Friday I didnt hear them saying 'Northamptons a s***hole', I myself thought it was that at first but it was actually "back to the Ricoh, we wanna go home"

The 3k plus hypocrites who went to The Emirates on Friday didn't help their own cause by increasing the coppers going into SISU's pockets...

I'd actually forgotten that they were playing at Sixfields. If they find somewhere better to play then good luck to them, hopefully they can go back to Coventry soon and we'll gladly see the back of them. But until then I don't see the harm.

I think that Coventry fans have shown pretty good solidarity in not coming to sixfields although from what I have heard that is the only point that they do agree on, some are anti sisu, some blame the council, some blame the ricoh, if it wasn't for the anti sixfields sentiment then all out civil war would have broke out by now.
