Another massive game. Win and we go only 3 points behind Rovers and will really drag in a whole host of teams. Lose and we suffer loss of momentum and teams have a chance to pull away.
Rovers have the worst away form in the league, scoring a poor 9 goals all season and winning only 1 away game so far.
They have suffered a whole bunch of injuries with loan signing Alan Gow being stretchered off (lucky for us as hes quality).
DANGER MAN: John-Joe O'Toole. 12 goals from midfield this season so by far and away their shining light. There were murmurs we were interested in him when Aidy was here, sadly nothing came of it.
My prediction is 2-0 to the Cobblers in front of a bumper 5000 crowd, Sinclair and Connell. Up the teyn!

Just can't see us winning 3 in a row! When did that last happen? I'm going 1-1, us to score first.

We won three in a row at the end of last season, Barnet and the two Cheltenham play-offs games.
Bristol Rovers will be up for this, they know that if they can win they'll put 9 points between us, probably a big enough difference to be safe. We know that it's vital we take the spoils to bring the pack closer, something we need to do this week as we can't expect to take much from our game at Scunthorpe next week.
We can win this and I think we will.

I am nervous already I did ask Chris Wilder at the Open Forum for 7 points from 9 from these 3 home matches, he has delivered 6 of them. So, I will take a draw tomorrow but will of course be delighted with 3 points. Come what may it's not going to be any easy game and I will be a nervous wreck for the duration.

Just looked up our recent record against Rovers at Sixfields. We've won 7 of the last 9 league encounters and scored 17 goals, conceding just 6. The game before that was also a win, I don't know whether you remember it, a certain play-off semi-final.

Heavy rain last night and more forecast today so potential heavy and wet pitch tomorrow. Hope there is no chance of postponement due to weather.

Mick Russell in charge for this one, his last Cobblers games were the home play-off victory against Cheltnum, our 3-3 draw against Bratfud last season in the FA Cup and our away victory at the Daggers in September 2012.

I reckon we will win this.
They don't have Jo Kuffor on their books any more.
Really going to Piss the Mrs off when I explain that this is "THE most important game of the season so far !" , for the 4th or 5th week running

Yes this is THE BIG ONE before the next big one and we will see if the lads really do have what it takes to pull off the great escape. I expect every man to do his duty!

A real 6 pointer this one. We win and it drags them into the mire with games running out.
We ought to be too good for them especially at home with all our attacking options but it would be just like us to suddenly put in a poor performance after playing so well against two sides higher up the table than BR.

Interesting that on Rovers' forum, most of them hate Wycombe and want them to go down!

As she has been so good this week, I am rewarding Mrs Clint with a trip to Sixfields today. I think she's grateful, even though she hasn't actually said anything to thank me yet.
