Am I supposed to be able to buy season tickets online? Why can't I find out where?

Don't you have to do it through the finance company?

Dunno, but we tried to do ours in the club shop yesterday. They couldn't figure out how to do it so promised they'd ring us back today when the person who knew how to do it was back in. Still waiting!

I don't want to be forced into taking out a finance package and it's quite irresponsible to try and push it. I understood I could buy them online but I can't find where to do so. Still waiting for some paper literature through the door as well. Might make this whole process easier. At the moment I have tomorrow (at work), Friday (at Wycombe), Saturday (have plans), Sunday (Sunday) and Monday (they'll be slightly busy)

Don't disagree about the finance stuff. It should be easy as pie to buy a ST, seems it isn't! Not really a surprise.

I and one of my mates have been ST holders since Sixfields opened. Neither of us had an email and should I be waiting for the literature by post (if any is being sent) I would probably miss the cheapo deadline. It's only because of this messageboard that I know what's going on. Anyway, I've renewed but at least I was spared the 'dawn of a new era' clap trap.

pretty pathetic really isn't it? makes you wonder if fans turning up is an inconvenience for them. As soon as I open the Web page up there should be something in my face telling me how to renew, not some flannel about how we want to win a match and stay up

I went through tickets, season tickets and all I got was the offer of finance. If I couldn't find it easily what about others? But ta anyway

I wouldn't mind betting that most football fans would have forgotten the result let alone the display by now. For £5.00 not too bad though. Just buy one keep it for a few years and then wear it with pride. Feely could wear his in Dallas and get plenty of attention from the honky tonksSome of you blokes are too sensitive

I agree in that i couldn't find anywhere on-line to re-new for a season ticket holder but rang the box office and renewed in 2mins on the phone easy!

The clubs retail and customer service proposition has long been truly woeful.
Yet another area where things haven't got any better under the current regime.
I rang Wycombe to buy tickets today and they have a full IVR with call waiting system, and my call was answered within 5 minutes. I tried to call NTFC 3 times over an hour period and each time the call rang unanswered until it cut off.
Not to methion the farce that was Cheltenham away play off tickets last season.

Like an idiot I went to the season ticket page. Should have known to have gone to something completely different

For what it's worth my 2014/15 Season Tickets pamphlet has just popped through my letterbox today and the envelope is stamped April 22 (the day after the deadline for people wanting to renew at £249 in the North Stand - where I sit).
I, of course, could have renewed via the internet or gone to the Box Office/Club Shop prior to this.
The big pictures are of Wilder on the front (fair enough) and Sinclair (better marketing would have had Tozer on the back - a fan's favourite who is contracted here next year).
