Sunderland though got nothing.
They once had 18 pts taken off for an offence in Ryman League. A leading qC got it down to 3 on appeal. Same qc is handling their case
The Sunderland situation was slightly different, and proved to be the Premier League was just as much to blame (this came to light in December, but the PL hushed it up as it was partly their fault), so I think a 3 point deduction and a token fine will be all they'll get. . . . . . . . unfortunately.
