Duke has made some fantastic saves and there's a strong case for attributing more than a few of our 53 points to his heroics - but I get a sneaky suspicion that CW will be in for a new GK.

Duke has been quite up and down this year. Maybe he could assist with thr coaching? I'd like to see the Cheltenham keeper come in, Scott brown is it? Hes out of contract. If not the lee Nicholls was not getting in the squad at the end of the season.

I have a feeling we may well get a bit 'beastmode' too, not sure it would be a good move though.

The manager that picked him to sign in January?

I'd rather see Bayo here than Constable that is for sure.

I wouldn't be surprised if interest in Asa Hall starts again?

Wilder had a very small pool of players to choose from in January. Things should be a lot easier now.

Exactly this. One thing you can be sure of is that with the amount of players out of contract, he won't be short of choices!

I'd rather see Bayo here than Constable that is for sure.

Despite the sentiment, I'd prefer Constable: more mobile, younger, decent goal record. He's got ten goals for them, but I think Bayo has started most Gills games on the bench for a reason. There's no doubt that we need a target man, though.

Assuming, we were willing and able to re-sign Hackett, Diamond, McSweeney and Horwood, I think we would still need the following: target man, fox-in-the-box finisher, box-to-box central midfielder, left-sided midfielder. I think the target man would need to be an almost guaranteed starter, with the other striker competing with Toney and Sinclair.

I agree with the second paragraph entirely! Although I can see Collins playing left back and if he were to resign Horwood playing in front of him In some games.

Would you factor Alex Nicholls and Lewis Hornby in to your wish list?

Danny Hollands of Charlton Athletic is out of contract, has been playing and scoring at Portsmouth from Midfield.

There is a centre mid called Yan Klukowski played for forest green. He scored 15 goals last season and 48 in 4 years. He is out of contract, we could do with a player who can score from midfield.
