Where do you think or where would you like to see Pre Season Friendlies in July?

Personally Newport Pagnell Town, Kettering Town and Bedford Town, Cogenhoe has been good the last two Seasons, maybe even Bishop Stortford?

Be interesting to see how Wilder goes about it?

Think I heard him on the radio saying players return on June 23rd?

How about at home to Leicester reserves followed by a home game against Stoke reserves just to get used to what could happen in the future.

Daventry Town. They're a decent standard now, we haven't played a friendly there in my lifetime and from a personal point of view it'd be nice to be able to walk 15 mins to a Cobblers game. Tongue

That would be fantastic and would prob get quite a big crowd for a friendly. Maybe we could have first half in home colours second half in away colours and vice versa for Cov.

If we play it as our 'home' game will the Cov fans turn up?  Tongue

Not that it would make any difference as I don’t go to preseason games but out of principle I’d be very disappointed if we now announce friendlies against premiership under 21s / B teams.
A couple of L1 teams, conference teams and local teams would be a better schedule.

Cally Thistle. You can get a full nights sleep on the way up, just under 70 quid on the Caledonian Sleeper. Neeps tatties on the way to really get in the spirit. You can also get the biggest breakfast known to mankind in Inverness. Take a phrase book.

Just hope though it's not case of Supercallygoballisticcobblersareatrocious.  Undecided
