I know the subject of purchasing tickets has been covered many times before but I have been a season ticket holder for quite a few years until now. I have been trying to book tickets online since Monday but with no success. I set up an account ok and get as far as selecting the required seats but once I clicked "Buy Selected Seats", the next screen flashed up before an error message appeared - "an error has occurred". I have tried a number of times from different pc's. I emailed the box office on Monday and have had no reply. I tweeted them yesterday, no reply. I have tried phoning them today, no reply. Has anyone else had online issues? The frustration is building! It should be easy to book online. I hope I haven't got this problem all season. I can now understand why people give up on trying.

Yep. Tried to buy an extra seat yesterday and kept getting error messages. Gave up in the end. I'll pop in and get it later as it is on my home but for most that would be a real inconvenience

It is not always easy to phone and almost impossible to get to Sixfields in the week for me. I finally got through on the phone and ordered ok. I told them about the online problem and she thought there may be an issue so will get someone to look into it. Didn't seem overly concerned but maybe that's just my perception.

This from a STH! How the hell will this encourage new support?

FFS DC get something sorted.

Hope you got sorted Wadey despite the clubs efforts to keep you out.  Angry

The last time I went on (about a week ago), you could no longer see a layout of what seats are still available to choose, rather annoying, not sure if this is still the case?

The seating layout and availability was all there which is good. I could select the ones I wanted but I just couldn't buy them!

I realise you've said that topic has been covered (many times) before but then surely the answers should be there...I've posted as many times on the topi but here goes again...
Booking online shouldn't even need to be an option. I haven't had a ST for the last two seasons now but travel to most games home and away. Since and prior to having a ST, I've NEVER once had a problem simply ringing up NTFC, usually getting a prompt pick up and requesting my seat(s)!
Almost always been able to choose the exact seat I want.

Unless you don't;

1. Have a credit card
2. Have a mobile phone
3. Wan't to queue for 1min 45  at the kiosk prior to k.o. to collect tickets...

...I can't see at all what the problem is!  Huh?

It's all part of the new and exciting fan experience at Sixfields we don't need any more seats because you can't buy them, as I said you really couldn't make this sh1t up

He's right, if the telephone was invented after the computer we'd all be gagging for instant booking with a human being.

Or if the square wheel had caught on we would all be driving alot slower  Grin

Two sided argument this one, people tried to ring up years ago, it wasn't always easy, so the club had a new online system  installed and people were told to use that. Now they do and it doesn't work they are being told to ring up, either system is fine, but they have to work well and neither of these at NTFC has/does.

I've never ever had a problem getting through to the ticket office nor booking online.  I don't know what number some of you who have problems call or whether you're calling when the ticket office is shut?
