some f***ing old twat told me to sit down probably about 10 seconds after we scored our 2nd! Now, usually if I'm in the way of somebody I will sit down but for f*** sake we'd just taken the lead at Anfield! They hadn't even kicked off again. Some people should just stay at home

Watching it again and we've just scored the 2nd (literally a minute ago), he cups his ears at the Kop, kisses the badge and then sort of turns around and remembers he's on a yellow and the ref is walking over before sloping off, only to feel the back of his legs on the way. Shusshing the Kop was the business though, not that it needed it. They only woke up in the 125th minute.

Not from a scouser but a QPR fan Quite possibly the most predictable result of the round. Northampton are LETHAL in the League Cup. They seem to knock us out every other year, and they scalped Bolton and one or two others recently too. It's a wonder they've not won the competition. Maybe this time around. ****ing get in, Cobblers!

The thing is, although a lot of supporters said this game didn't matter, of course it did for long after the result against Bradford on Saturday, whatever it is, is long forgotten, some of you youngsters will still be boring the pants over the new generations about this night. I can see Karl getting stick for once again mentioning last night some 30 years down the line. i'm just gutted they aren't the sky game this weekend because i'd love to be in a pub full of the f***ers right now
