The title of this thread is hilarious

You made more of a con by giving your ticket to somebody else!
643  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: The Dugouts are up for sale ! on: October 11, 2015, 10:04:24 am
I learnt yesterday that these dugouts were all paid for by the sponsors.

Hilarious, DC can't even afford this own dugouts.

Should have been out of sight in the first half but you're always going to miss the odd chance.

Another win, looking good.... just a shame that off the field is so s***e or else things would be looking great right now.

Bit by it, the place is taking shape. I can't wait until the completion, I'm sure we'll end up with a ground to be proud of.

Said nobody ever

That's very much it isn't it? Since the "protest" was first mooted a couple of weeks ago pre-Oxford, we have heard TIHS KCAJ from him.
The Trust has raised it's profile (a good thing).
The Council are desperately trying to "cover" their "errors"
And actually the team are performing quite well.
The silence from DC since he had to speak has been both deafening and some would argue defining.
Why are the BBC, Chron and HnP not pursuing this?

Because the Chron are all under the thumb, they're awful. If this was a 'bigger' club the local media would be giving him such a grilling and putting him under pressure. He's getting no pressure from the media whatsoever... until this changes, don't expect anything to change.

There isn't enough pressure on him, then we are still surrounded by the thousands of morons who have no clue what is going on and still back the clown thinking he's the best thing since sliced bread.

Everybody banging on about it not being a free kick.... they had so many chances, only because of Smith that we ever took the lead.

Draw was about fair, if anything, they deserved to win.
648  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: atmosphere tomorrow on: September 26, 2015, 18:59:10 pm
Anybody else seen these DC dollar bill mock ups around the ground? Saw a few today, they are genius.
649  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Protest on: September 20, 2015, 14:29:46 pm
Just out of interest, when is the next planned protest?

Yeah can we please get some kind of update?! Has to be one at the next home game again. I would recommend something outside the ground before and after the match. The 12th minute idea was good but you never get enough people involved. You need people concentrated in the same place at the same time to gain maximum publicity.
650  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Big bad Dave on: September 11, 2015, 17:20:16 pm
His interview on BBC is hilarious.... finally somebody being a bit blunt with him and he can't find the answers.

Guy is a joke!!!!
651  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Protest on: September 08, 2015, 20:08:26 pm
Also heard earlier that the building extension work on his house has stopped. Whether that's anything to do with anything else I've no idea...
652  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Protest on: September 07, 2015, 20:17:42 pm
So who is making these? A lot of fantastic ideas but I feel we need a firmer plan...
653  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Protest on: September 07, 2015, 19:40:17 pm
Let's throw all our old shoes onto the pitch as well #ShoeArmy
654  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Protest on: September 07, 2015, 19:19:41 pm
So, where are we all meeting pre match? I think it should happen otherwise I can see it all being a damp squid
655  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Protest on: September 07, 2015, 17:50:53 pm
He is just buying time, don't give up this movement.
656  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: The Trust. Are you still there?? on: September 06, 2015, 16:12:34 pm
Not sure why everybody seems so scared to demand answers from Cardoza, no wonder it's ended up getting in to this ridiculous state.

A meeting needs to happen asap or he'll just continue to pull the fans pants down every single time. Sick of it now....
657  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Protest on: September 06, 2015, 16:04:23 pm
About time, let's try and get answers out of this absolute crook who is driving our club to it's grave
658  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Exeter City (H) on: August 14, 2015, 15:35:22 pm
Should be a good game, they've had a couple of impressive results.

Still think we'll just edge it with the home advantage. 2-1.
659  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Blackpool on: August 12, 2015, 17:52:51 pm
Wow, that was some performance, one of the best I've seen at Sixfields. If we can keep that up it's going to be a great season.

Roll on Saturday.....
